Hopefully, he can pick LeBron's brain a bit more with their time spent together.

Wow Paul. You were doing a pretty good Brandon Rush impression. Now this.

Is PG the youngest NBA Pacer all-star?

When Granger returns, the Pacers will have 4 players who have made All-Star games. Balance. I love this team.

And George Hill will still take the last shot (as he probably should).

So PG'll be there, Reggie will. Good a time as ever to get those 2 and Tamika Catchings in on that Shooting Stars thing. They still do that right?

they did last year. that would be cool. I know Kenny has done it and has been mic'd up during it. Would be neat to see it happen with Reggie too.

That's an interesting analysis. What I find the most interesting is that David West leads all Eastern PFs in PER and Win Shares.

Congratulation my man...we are the same age and he is playing in the NBA Allstar game, damn I did something wrong.
The funny thing is that Number 24 was picked on the 24th to enter the Allstar game as the youngest Pacer ever, the first of his draftclass and now is the fourth AS on our current team...wow 2008 seems to be so long ago .

GO PACERS...bright future, I hope we get it all together with our salaries.

George becomes the 12th Pacers player to be named to the All-Star team (Don Buse, Billy Knight, Reggie Miller, Detlef Schrempf, Rik Smits, Dale Davis, Jermaine O’Neal, Brad Miller, Ron Artest, Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert are the others). At 22 years old, George is the youngest Pacers player to ever be named an NBA All-Star.

Previously Jermaine O'Neal at 23 was the youngest.

Hopefully, he won't pick LeBron's brain too much. Better get a pen and paper ready; it's time to sign Paul George long term.

    Congrats to PG.

West is better than 2-3 of the other reserves that got in.
True but there are a lot of other frontcourt players that have played as well, if not better than West. I really love Luol Deng's game but Brooke Lopez deserved to make the ASG more than West. Josh Smith, Pierce, and you could make that argument that Carlos Boozer were just as deserving, IMO. I was really shocked Deng made the team.

Congrats to Paul "Mega Man" George!

Apologies if it has been mentioned already, but he is the first of his draft class to be part of an All Star game.
Larry and everyone else involved, thank you once again.

Can't wait to watch the game now. He should def be more entertaining than Roy last year. Hopefully he's on fire from 3.

Side note: When will the 3 point contest be set and anyone else think Paul should get in it?

I remember at the draft party when Paul got drafted and I heard a lot of people saying "who the hell is Paul George?" Seems like just yesterday.
Many more uf us would have as well if not for TBird's most prescient pre-draft review ever. He nailed that one.
