Got our first NASL win tonight against the Railhawks, 2-1!!
SO ****ING PUMPED LETS GO ELEVEN!
The Lost Season
Great game by the Eleven. Carolina went down to 10 men in the second half and that gave Indy the advantage it needed to grab the game-winner late. It was a well-played game by both sides. Love being able to watch online!
Spencer and Smith looked great. Awesome performance. Too bad I'm going to miss next week's game!
I love this team being here, the support for it, etc. But damn, is that backline bad. Like...sometimes I think I could play on it, that's how bad it is.
First shutout of the season.
Beat Edmonton 1-0 on a goal in the 93rd minute by Kleberson!
That was a disappointing loss. If we won we had a chance to be tied for second place in the league. Instead we got our asses kicked.
Is the level of play in the NASL any good? Like is it significantly below the level of play of MLS? Just curious.
Well that was an ugly loss. We need a new goalie bad.
Well that game was a bunch of BS. Terrible, terrible ref.
We're not winning a home game this year. That was our chance.
We already beat Edmonton and the Railhawks and we have a home game against both of them left on the schedule.
I just wondered about this, so on most soccer leagues they have a promotion/relegation system where the top teams from the second tier league (NASL in this case) get moved up to the top league (MLS in this case) and the worst MLS teams get moved down to NASL. Any chance of MLS/NASL putting something like that into effect? I heard the NASL commissioner wanted it looked into.
I'm not really sure how the MLS-NASL relationship works, or if they are working together/competing with one another.

How has attendance been for Indy 11 this season? I know season tickets did great
Average over 10k, the stadium holds about 11k. So attendance is great. During the spring season our average attendance was about 4k higher than the number 2 team. I don't have up to date attendance numbers for the fall season, but excluding Saturday's game attendance has been just as good as the spring.
