Default Spurs sued by lawyer for resting top players [ESPN]

The San Antonio Spurs are being sued by a lawyer who is alleging that the team violated the state's deceptive and fair trade practices law.

A real lawyer can chime in, but from what I understand, he has no case. Like people have tried to sue bands for giving crappy shows, and the courts have said that as long as the performer at least shows up, says something into the mic, then leaves, the audience can't sue.
