Frank talking Paul up BIG TIME in the presser, and PG deserves every bit of it.

Big endorsement by Vogel for PG. "If Bruce Bowen averaged 17 points per game, don't you'd like he would have been an all star too?". "Best two way wing player in the NBA"

I hope we take out the Knicks on ESPN!

Great rebounding, and of course Paul George. 29 big ones, and more importantly limited Lebron James who I've heard is pretty good

ESPN or TNT either one would be great. Maybe if we take them out on both we get two wins?

I really feel bad for that ref who will be fired who had the gall to call a foul on the golden child of the nba. Pacers should have took up a collection plate to pass around to help hold him over until he can get back on his feet again.

Just imagine if the Pacers have limited James to less than 20 points (I think he only had 21 in this game), it would really add more color to the headlines as his 20-point streak will end!

Well, we can't get too greedy.

We essentially beat the heat without Granger and Hill. Excited to see team at full force.
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

Where's that thread about us having the worst wing tandem in the league? I think our wings did pretty well tonight against the reigning champs.

It's on TNT cause Reggie is in the house. Good thing I'll be at the game so I won't have to listen to his commentary.

DJ Augustin quietly had one of the best true point guard performances we've had in a while.
    Only 4 points, but...

    3 rebounds
    8 assists
    ZERO turnovers
    2 steals
    25 minutes

His play since getting the backup spot back is exactly why I didn't give up on him earlier in the season. I'm probably his biggest cheerleader around here and he's finally making it worthwhile.

I have to say it. Paul and Lance, Thanks again Larry Legend.
Good is the enemy of Great

We're changing the identity of our basketball team -- dramatically. We're a power post team -- a blood-and-guts, old-school, smash-mouth team that plays with size, strength, speed and athleticism. We attack the basket. . . . This is the new identity of our team. It was a great effort. I'm very proud of our guys."

Orlando Johnson acquitted himself well in his four minutes. It's a shame he's going to be losing out to Dom McGuire in the near future.

PG played better than I ever thought he was capable of. Big game.

Took every bit of that big game to carry us with Hibbert putting up 6 points on 12 shots. I dunno, I'm excited we won, I'm thrilled PG is capable of more than I ever dreamed for him... and I'm just sad at this point watching Hibbert play on the offensive end of the floor.

It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, but who would've thought that we would be 3 games out of FIRST PLACE in the East without Danny Granger playing a single minute thus far this season. Remarkable.

REALLY hoping that we have a strong showing against NY.

Agreed. OJ should be cutting into Gerald's minutes if GG doesn't start stringing together more games like tonight (even tonight wasn't great, just had a few highlight plays).
