    Default George Hill's workout routine

Has he ever revealed it? Does anybody know?

The reason I ask is, Denari tonight said something that stunned me. He goes, "George Hill, who's 190lbs on a good day."

So I looked it up and Hill is listed at 180lbs. That's ridiculous. Dude is absolutely ripped and overpowers opposing guards every game and he only weighs 180lbs??? I need to know what he's doing, or what he was doing.

Most people have to put on a lot of bulk, and lose a lot of agility and speed to get that strong.

    Read it and weep:

When George Hill is above 15% usage we won 73.5% of games. Below 15% usage we won 61.9%

He has an extremely small body fat percentage (I think 3%) so most of his weight is coming from muscle.

It's always funny when 2 guards try and post him and can't get position for 8-10 seconds.

That length and strength on such a lean frame is uncommon

It's incredibly depressing. I'm 6 feet and 175lbs and I look like a bean pole. lol

    I'm about the exact opposite
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

Yea, he's something else, physically. He's 3% body fat. So what you see on him is literally, skin bones tendons and muscle. I think he's Reggie-like. They both were sinewy and a lot stronger than you'd think.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.
