That should just about do it as long as Vinny sticks a FG. Of course I'd take another TD here too...

Since it is the last game of the regular season, my congrats once again to Grigson. Luck, Ballard, Allen, Fleener, Hilton and Brazill. Some draft picks all of them! Unbelievable production for rookies.

I don't think this can be overstated enough! What a rookie class. And the pickups of Vaughn, Butler and Davis. What a run for a GM that Grigson had here in year 1.

I hope the Texans enjoyed their brief stint at the top of the division, because it's over.

By the way, I had this to say in the draft thread when the Colts drafted Hilton. Being wrong never felt so good...

T.Y. Hilton? They could have kept their pick in the 4th and still had hiim. Hell, they could have waited until 5th and still had him.

It's nice to finally have a team in our division we can actually call a rival.

If Grigson and Colt's decision makers do half this good the next few years we'll be back in the Super Bowl real soon.

Completely off topic but cannot stop laughing after reading it on another forum.

"Jets recovered a fumble at the Bills 15. Then gained 3 yards in 3 plays before missing a 30 yard FG.
As Bill Simmons would say, Ladies and Gentlemen, your 2012 Jets! "

How big was that last second loss to Jax here in Indy early in the season? Winning that game would have turned todays game into a division championship game. They were one damned TD away from a division title.

IMO this should seal it for Luck "rookie of the year", but I can't be completely non bias. Knocking off the #1 team in the AFC in a must win game for them is huge.

Luck was very very good today. His hard counts were amazing. His deep pass to Hilton was ridiculous. He also lost yards and a TD when Hilton was ruled down at the half yard line. We also took 3 knees at the end when we easily could 've gone for the score. We do this a lot, and it's not reflected in Luck's stats. He still broke numerous records.

11-5.... one win behind Houston, who was considered a Super Bowl contender.

Indy often wins when the box score doesn't seem to indicate so. We'll lose a bunch of key categories, and still win.

Vontae Davis was worth the trade, he is coming on very strong.

Houston had a lot to play for, a lot to lose.

No turnovers, big plays, good overall game to iron out our weak areas.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

So glad we're getting the Denver game here in Indy for the afternoon. Between the Colts/Texans, Broncs/Chiefs, and Skins/Cowboys later this is going to be an awesome day of football.

Who now can say how far this team can go into the playoffs? Every prediction has been exceeded.

Griffin has it locked up. He could turn it over 6 times today and miss the playoffs and he'd still get it.

so I know what if's don't count in the grand scheme of things but am I right in assuming that had the Colts not choked against the jags in the final minute of the game on the only possible way they could have beaten us, and the rest of the season played out the same way we would have won our division today and have home field advantage in the first round?

I love that this win could also lead to the Broncos getting the #1 seed. I REALLY want to see them knock out the Pats.
