Fans, remember: Help is on the way.

    Timetable
    JO suspension 25 games
    Jax suspension 30 games
    Pollard returns: 2 weeks?
    Tinsley returns: imminent
    Bender returns: 4 weeks
    Croshere stops hurting: 2 weeks

the Pacers have played 8 of these games, with a W-L record of 3-5

Thoughts: Can we really replace Ron Artest's production? Maybe with a vintage Reggie Miller performance for every game from here on out.

    Someone on Indystar wrote:

When everyone is back (except Artest) you'll see Reggie at the 2 and SJax at the 3. F. Jones will be a great 6th man off the bench, and his slashing will work well with Croshere. Either J.Jones or Bender will also be coming off the bench, and F. Jones slashing will work well with their shooting. Harrison and Pollard off the bench will be great. Johnson and Gill are solid guards.........

Oh man, we'll be awesome with everyone back. We have 4 6th men on our bench. F. Jones, Croshere, Bender/J.Jones, Pollard/Harrison.

With all the experience their getting now, how do you defend us in the future.
    no kidding.

But we gotta keep the faith and take it one game at a time, starting... now.

Do you think that Harrison will be starting even when we have all our players back? I think its possible (if he keeps improving like he is now). Not only that, but when he has a center other than Edwards backing him up or JO at PF, they can control his fouls somewhat.

I might think that DH would be starting, but I think RC likes to go with vets that have seen the pressure, especially Playoff pressure. DH will get plenty of time, but in likelyhood won't start until next season. (Myself, let him play...give him the minutes, the kids a keeper)

I'd think DH would have a shot at keeping the starting position, but he's gonna hit that rookie wall in a couple months, due to all the minutes he's getting.

It's getting to the point where I'll be surprised if he doesn't start next season, though.

Davey is becoming one of my favorites. He is such a balanced player, and I was wrong about him Draft night. I am never again questioning a DW/LB pick.

I would not count on Bender to be back for more than part of one game.

The magic number for this thread was 6.
Why do the things that we treasure most, slip away in time
Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you

I'm still waiting for one other name, then we have both of our official numbers.
Well David Harrison would never have been a Pacer if we had kept Brad Miller.
