Default Granger, Hibbert & Mahinmi for Amare & Chandler and a 1st for Marshon Brooks

    http://basketball.realgm.com/tradech..._trade/6192270

    Hill/Augustin/B Hansborough
    Brooks/Stephenson
    George/Green/Young
    West/Chandler/Hansbrough
    Amare/Chandler/Pendergraph

We'll definitely have one of the best front courts in the league

(its probably too good to happen)

"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

I wouldn't do that trade. Amare still on uninsured knees and can't guard anybody.

Chandler would start over amare and pass. I'd like brooks though.

Why would they make this trade? It does not help them out, Hibbert doesn't fit their system, they already have a really good SF in Melo, and they would be breaking up chemistry when they are really looking good.

And as the other Millertime said Chandler would be starting if this did go through, and at this point I am not even sure Brooks starts over Stephenson.

I think this trade hurts all parties involved.

Hasn't Melo been excelling at the PF though with Amare out? I'm not advocating this trade, but I thought he was, so Granger could play beside him.
Lance + Starting SG = Awesome

    Now really free Lance!

There is no way the Knicks would do this trade, but I would trade Roy for almost anybody

Melo has been thriving as a PF

I can't remember where I read this but it's applicable:

"The more that MarShon Brooks plays, the clearer it becomes why MarShon Brooks does not play more."

And the Granger/Hibbert for Amare/Chandler portion makes no sense for either team.

"I had to take her down like Chris Brown."

    -Lance Stephenson

True, but he does not want to stay at that position, during the beginning of the season there was talk that he did not want to have to play the 4 this year at all, but he is trying to be a good teammate. He is happy at the 3, atleast over the course of a season.
