Meh. Nothing special. A little predictable like most movies. Just another one to add to the list.

And the Band Played On Very good movie. I know it was made from one side's point of view and has an obvious political leaning, but it does show how the AIDS Epidemic was handled from the beginning here in the US. Scary. A very good cast.

    Hot Tub Time Machine
pretty funny especially for those of us who grew up in the 80's, although even if you never lived in the 80's would probably still find it funny

    The White Ribbon
This is one of those movies that I admired - it was well done, important, but I will admit I really didn't find it enjoyable.

I was expecting something different when I watched it too Belli, but I really enjoy it. Did you at least enjoy the film?

I really enjoy this movie, guess that's why someone will rate something as a 5 and the next guy would say a 1.

And of course your mood when you watch something and expectations are always factors too.
Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

    Actually watched 3 movies yesterday.

    Toy Story 3
I think it was overhyped for me. I was expecting a grandslam, and I got a 2run HR. I really can't complain, but I expected more. At the end, I did look over at my GF and she had tears running down her face. Even though she cries at the drop of a hat, I still didn't think it would be able to get that kind of reaction from a viewer.

    Spoiler Spoiler:

    She's Out of Your League
Eh. I didn't expect much from it, and it delievered in that aspect. It was so stupid, it was funny. I know Belli said she wasn't as hot as the movie was trying to portray, which I kind of agree with, but I forgot all about that when she took off that dress.

    When In Rome
Ummm... bad. Just plain awful. I actually like chick flicks. I'll watch them by myself, even if I've never saw it before. I don't really know why, but I like the corny comedy of them. They're the most predictable movies, but I still find them mildly entertaining.

With that said. Again, just plain awful. I would expect that a straight to DVD movie. It just didn't hit on any level. Although I will say, LT's cameo with what has happened with him in the past month or so made me chuckle. That was probably the highlight of the movie for me, and if it's something that stupid/small, you know it was just a horrible movie.

Because I'm so excited, I'm putting this in TWO threads. HP7!!!

Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

Such a great movie. Nash had never seen it, but it's my second favorite movie of all time, so I made him watch it

That was a good decision - it is in my top 5 alltime. And it is a movie that I can watch at least once a year and still enjoy each time i watch it

Almost any prison movie is a good one.

    Green Mile
    Cool Hand Luke
    Brubaker
    The Longest Yard (the original)
    Bad Boys (Sean Penn edition)

I love that one. I don't know. I like depressing movies sometimes but that one (schindlers list) just didn't do it for me.

Toy Story 3. I haven't been to the movies for over a year and I thought it was really pretty good. There was a 50 year old dude next to me crying which was somewhat interesting.
