Paul George is looking better than I expected, he is doing a better job replacing Danny than Danny.

    Great win. I'm thrilled

Happy to see great game by the G2 Connection. Glad to see Roy having an effective shooting night. Tyler's hustle was there as well. Lil' Ben made a block. Also, I appreciated Young's effort. He was mostly good tonight

    I agree.

Thats what I said in my first post. I simply said the fact that he played so poorly when he was capable of all this before, irritated me. Then everyone decided that I was trying to say I'm pissed off at him.

In my first post said "I am still frustrated it took this long, but I love that he is here now."

    I'm one negative son of a *****, I am.
I wasn't calling you out. I was just adding to your statement.

It seems like Spencer Hawes always plays his best games of the season against us.

Paul George is looking great. He's taken his offense to a new level, he's aggressive, but controlled, he's creating, he's working with the offense. And then he's still doing his defensive domination. He's becoming something special
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

@MikeWellsNBA: After checking stats, Indy says Hill was shortchanged a rebound. So he did record his first triple double tonight (15 pts, 10 reb, 10 asst)

They added another rebound to George Hill's stats! Triple double!
Where did they pull the extra rebound from?

    Delighted for my boy George.

Yeah, but the problem is replacing Paul right now.

I'm completely guessing on this, but I think it was the rebound where George Hill and Hibbert got to the ball at the same time. That's the only questionable rebound I remember and I'm not sure if they gave it to him originally.

I checked the box score and you're right.

Roy had 14 rebounds and now he officially finished with 13.

Paul's production. If you look at Paul as filling Danny's production in the starting 5 over the past 6 games, there is no one replacing Paul's.

Danny coming back and disrupting the growth of PG concerns me too, but I think Danny has always shown he's down with whatever makes the team better. If he can average 16-18pts on his average shooting, the rugged offense could actually round itself out.

    PG & GH - Outstanding

    RH - Good

The rest...meh. West was off. I'll give young and THans credit for bringing some hustle and energy. BHans just 9 mins, Green virtually nonexistent in 32. Mahinmi is going to drive me crazy by the end of the year. So much potential, but I do not foresee anything more than the maddening inconsistency.

A good win though. If PG can keep up this level, I'd definitely consider Lance to the bench. Leave Green out there with the other starters. Even if he does zilch, they can carry him. Bench needs an offensive energy boost, which Lance can provide.
I'd rather die standing up than live on my knees.

When Danny comes back Paul will still get his shots. It will be easier for Danny and Paul if they slack off of either of them the defense will get burnt. The defense will have to pick their poison.
I see Danny averaging around 16-18 ppg and Paul still averaging around 20 when they are both healthy.

I remember that early in the 1st quarter, Roy and Hill had a "joint" rebound. Hibbert caught the ball and Hill jumped and took it from his hands.

So, that could be his 10th rebound

I told my GF right as the game ended and the camera caught Hill talking to Brenner that he was probably telling him about a rebound they didn't give him earlier in the game. Guys know their stats on the floor.

If that is the case they also need to give Roy credit for the block near the end that was given to Paul.

Not sure how anything I said in my first post was negative, but your right - I apologize.

Paul George is on pace to be the best basketball player in the history of the NBA.

Roy Hibbert clearly turned a corner tonight and will be averaging at least 19 PPG for the rest of the season. Next season he will bump it up to 29.

The Pacers will not lose another game for the rest of the decade.
Yeah bro my comment was tongue in cheek. I totally agreed with everything you said. My bad in the confusion.
