Excellent performance and arrangement. Watching the reactions of the surviving members of Zeppelin as they see this is great. Robert Plant even tears up...
Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

Not to derail this honor for Le Zep but if you take the Star, I've noticed that the cartoon Doonsbury is slamming the Kennedy Center this week for not having had any hispanic entertainers honored...ever. For a liberal cartoon it;s a pretty big slam against something bearing the Kennedy name.

One of my favorite concert DVDs is Heart... Alive in Seattle. The ladies do an amazing job with cover versions of Black Dog, Battle of Evermore, and throw in an Elton John tune too Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters.

Only saw them one time in concert (1982?) and the show was completely mired with sound problems. Not acoustics mind you but half the speakers were cutting out the entire show. Also didn't help that Mellencamp was the opener, just completely rocked the place, and would have been tough for anyone to follow.
You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....
