You have to throw it all the time if you want to have a chance.

Well OT Manning passed Marino for all time TD list he passed it Demaryius Thomas though the other TD went to Stokely

That part was semi Colts related.

    Ow.

The Pats' defense and special teams have now scored more than the Colts.

Two years ago if Peyton would have done this I would be fuming. But with Luck, I really didn't have expectations for him to do really great this year so I'm not too mad. I just hope he keeps fighting and throws a TD pass or two. Just keep fighting, screw the score.

As much as this sucks right now its probably good for the Colts to experience this I can see how a 4 game win streak can be misleading we sometimes forget they really are baby horses right now.

Why are these defensive players constantly ramming their helmets into quarterback's heads while they are completely defenseless? WHEN IS THE NFL GOING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS? It's no wonder Peyton had neck issues. This is not football...

Disappointing, but not really surprising I expected loss, and not necessarily that close of a loss. When you play a good team, they really expose the amount of inexperience we have.

I can't help but say, though, that while I agree the defense is bad, if you really want to point to any definitive causes, it has to start with STs and Luck/O-line on the INTs. Take all those points off and it's a close game.
I'd rather die standing up than live on my knees.

    Didn't even get touched.

Can we cut the entire defense?

The defense has quit. At least Luck may get his 5th 300 yard game.

Since this is inevitable this is how Manning fared as a rookie in his first trip to Foxboro in 1998:

Peyton Manning vs. Patriots as a rookie in 1998: 21-of-33, 188 yards, three interceptions, 29-6 loss.

A 7-yard pass puts Luck at 299 for the day. The Colts then rush for no gain, then naturally, an incomplete pass.

If Luck finishes the day with 299 yards it will just be more salt in the wounds.

This is not an NFL defense. This is a joke.

This is a worse effort on the part of both our lines.

why doesn't Belichik pull some of his starters at this point?

Because in the NFL no lead is safe and he knows his defense sucks despite looking like the Bears right now.....

I mean if this was Manning he'd be going for 4th and 2 for craps and giggles right now.

No lead his safe? Seriously? Its almost mathematically impossible for the colts to win now.

I'm furious at this defense. Bunch of quitters don't deserve to be on this, or any, team.

Because Belichick is a douche. This is nothing new for him.

Okay I was a bit dramatic but the point stands

After seeing the Colts come back from 21 points in 4 minutes against the Bucs almost a decade ago anything is possible.

Of course this game is done but I have no issue with the Pats running up the score on us at this point the Colts have to take these lumps if they want to be on that level its their job to stop them this isn't little league.

We have serious work to do, but we are still 6-4.

We have some tough games , notably against Houston coming up, so lets hope we rebound from this
