Lance Stephenson was alternately brilliant and boneheaded, but I'll give him a pass purely on youth and inexperience. Not upset at him for trying. Nice to see some emotion out there.
Exactly. At least he gives a ****. As near as I can tell, David West gives a **** and Lance Stephenson gives a ****. The rest are going through the motions. Hill might give a ****, but his demeanor is more restrained so it's tough to tell. Roy really needs to get an edge. He's shown it in the past, so I think it will sprout up at some point. Paul George...show me attitude, son. Thump your chest, talk **** to the guy you are guarding, get in people's faces, get a technical, just show signs of a pulse.

He is not staying in school. The only (repeat: ONLY) way he stays in school is if he suffers a major injury. The coaches are preparing for him to be gone.

    This team is not done.
The Front Office didn't downgrade the team.
Frank Vogel doesn't need to be fired.
    Roy Hibbert isn't a bust.
We aren't going to move to Louisville.
    But this really, really sucks.

I dont see how the team isnt downgraded...

It's a few games. We're missing arguably our best player. We have pretty much a completely new bench of five aside from Hansbrough and to an extent Lance, even though he seldom played. It's going to take some time.

Still, in Granger's absence, we are going to need Roy and George to step their games up. They've been far too nonexistent as of late. It's been pretty much DWest as the only constant.

If your counting Danny being out then yes, it's downgraded. If you are judging our new guys, it's too early.

If it were up to Zeller, he stays. But Crean will push him out, and he really has to given the amount of players in the 2013 IU class once Vonleh jumps on board.

How many games do I have to wait?

People are too quick to blame this on Vogel. The front office is more to blame.

Didn't get Granger's knee fixed in the offseason even though they knew about it.

    Gave Hibbert a max contract.

Drafted a 24 year old that's apparently not even NBA ready.

Traded Darren Collison for a backup that played 8 minutes tonight.

    Collison > Augustin
    Barbosa > Green
    Amundson > Mahinmi

Those three would have made less too.

I'm hoping this gets fixed and the team is just slow out of the gates and will find some chemistry but they've looked disastrous so far. We really could be 0-5... the Raptors were up what, 8 points with 4 minutes? We won that by 2. And we needed OT to beat the Kings.

Not sure they knew the extent of it, so I'm willing to give a pass here.

They were backed into a corner here. I'm not going to blame them for this one. They did what they had to do.

Nope, he's not, because he's not any good. He wasn't at Duke. This is the least shocking development of the season.

Traded Darren Collison for a backup that played 8 minutes tonight.
    Who also sucks.

    This is hard to accept.

Yeah guys, let's all withhold judgement until at least 2016. Then we'll be able to critique how we are doing properly. Considering the issue now just clouds your judgement with all these terrible plays.

It is hard to accept because it is blatantly untrue. Yeah Collison is better, but Barbosa, outside a few games, was for the most part complete **** and Amundson while a good hustle player was not even close to being as good defensively as Mahinmi and even further away from being as good offensively.
