Right now QB play is the great decider in games. Luck leads us on a late drive to win it.

He also says he bets against the jags every game...who in their right mind picks a 1-7 jags team against a 5-3 colts team

What, you only except predictions that say the Colts will win? Childish? What is childish about it? I gave them one TD and three FG because they have trouble getting TDs from the red zone. If MJD was healthy, I would have given the Jags another seven points.... You want me to change now? I predict and bet against them every week.... Do you want me to change now and put a whammy on them? I hope they do win and I lose money on them again...... Keep your name calling to yourself....
Colts are a way better team than Jacksonville. Jags have no offense and their defense is the worst in the league.

Oh, I don't like him. I didn't like him before the draft and I don't like him now. I don't have to like him or be a fan to respect him and his abilitiy. To me, he is more a victim of the Colts poor management that called for a complete tear down and rebuild.... He is way ahead of anything I thought he would be although I still believe there were better choices for rebuilding this team. I find that only very bad teams have to break down for a number of years and rebuild. The really good teams just reload and keep right on winning...

...well, the Colts did NOT "break down for a number of years" and are "right on winning". So that makes the Colts a "really good team" based on your own words, right? Am I missing something here?

I am gonna watch Darius Butler, we don't know what to expect out of him, he was a former first round pick so he has talent in him, hopefully Cassius Vaughn plays well, he has decently lately

This is a harder match up than a lot of you give it credit for. Thursday night away game against a divisional opponent who has always given us close games? Don't fall prey to all of the Luck love on ESPN(although it's quite awesome to get recognition!!!). I will be ecstatic if the Colts win this game, but I think it's a lot closer to be a toss up.

Still, I say we win it 27-23. Because I'm a fanboy.

Havent you picked against them every game this season? Might be time to stop making picks if so.

I think the Colts are going to blow them out to be honest. I'm saying 34 - 10 Colts

I'm still way to afraid to have any kind of confidence in a win.

Thanks to the encouragement of a few other posters I'm back...

Simply you can't remove the Jones-Drew factor of 4.8 yards rushing a game and replace it with Jennings at 3.1 without it having a major impact. JAGS are reeling and Mathis is going to put enough pressure on Gabbert to keep the head off the Colts secondary.

    Colts 20 - Jags 10...

Getting rid of idiot Caldwell and Polian were probably the right thing to do, although you weren't really specifically mentioning them. I am glad they are gone, and Peyton isn't going to play forever. I wanted Peyton back as much as the next guy, but the other option in drafting Luck was the smarter thing to do at this point, IMO.

Blindly hating a guy that's so far guided this team to 5 wins, and has been nothing but a class act so far and making us exciting again is just silly. Take that hate towards Brady and the Patriots.....and if you must hate Irsay, he cut Peyton, not Luck.....

I see no reason to hate Irsay either. He's been nothing short of awesome for this club. There isn't another owner I'd rather have.
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

    2nd round, but ya.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

I think the Colts should really try to control the time of possession. Our offense is too much for their defense, but they we need to control the game, so they can't much time of possession

first game for Luck seeing an opponent twice. wonder how big a difference it'll make.

    We got an FG

But Gabbert only seems to show up against us.

There's no excuse if they lose this game( I doubt that will happen) especially when MoJo"Colts Killer" Drew is out.

He's missed before I believe he missed in our last matchup
