So I went out last night, had a few, feel like crap now. Have had two bottles of Gatorade, three bananas, tons of water, still feel like crap. How do you guys/gals get over a hangover?
I can't believe I would say this at 26 but I am getting too old for this crap. I could go out in college on a Thursday, drink more than I did last night, and be at my 8am the next morning feeling 100% fine.
I have been considering stopping drinking altogether (I probably drink a six pack every two weeks or so generally) and maybe my body is telling me this is the right thing to do.
