I'm not a physical expert, but when I hurt my knee, activity was not the only way to break up scar tissue. They would do soft tissue massage on my knee as well, so I am sure Danny is getting that. I am definitely concerned, how can you not be? But at the same time, what the trainers/doctors are telling Danny is the same thing I was told about my scar tissue, eventually you have to just put i through the paces and see what happens. It's not ideal, but it's definitely how it works. I can understnad why Danny is talking about it, the pain and the feeling of lack of balance are two things I went through. There are a lot of nerves in your knee that can get messed up and throw off your feeling of balance and how stable the knee is. That is why it is so disconcerting for a while. Danny just has to do it and hope nothing happens. If I was him, I might wear a decent brace for a while, should help with the pain and give him an extra feeling of stability.
