Reddick going 8/10 from 3 point land, 3rd quarter still going on. Quite the shooting night, uh?

Memphis has totally lost it... by giving away their bench, they need their starters to play heavy, heavy minutes and with Conley out, it just gets plain ugly!
Yay, I don't know if we're going back to the play-offs!

Melo has tied a franchise record in 3's made, I'm not sure if the previous record was held by him, I remember the clown leaving him open in a game because his book told him to.

Their bench isn't the problem since the trade Rudy Gay is just playing awful. The bench has actually been better since the trade(it was still an awful trade though) They will be fine if they just calm down NOLA is a really good team hen Eric is healthy.

Lindsey Hunter is in way over his head. That team sucks but they are now beyond awful since firing Gentry the offense is hideous now hard too watch and the defense is still awful. Isn't there suppose to be a honeymoon period with a new coach? Pretty sure the opposite is happening in PHX.

I agree with Chuck they should of either went all young or tried to win full bore. If I was there GM I would trade Gortat and Dragic and then shop Scola this summer. If they do that I can see the logic in the signings of those guys but at this point it just looks stupid what they are doing.

Not a big Brandon Knight fan, but he had his career high of 31 in their W tonight in Orlando. 12/16 shooting. Every time I catch a Pistons game Will Bynum impresses me. He's pretty good.

Luke Babbitt... Here's a backup SF I wouldn't trade Gerald Green for. He's horrendous.

Rodney stuckey was suddenly deactivated about half an hour after the celtics game. For the record, the pistons are denying that there's a trade in the works, but they also refuse to discuss the matter at all, except to say stuckey was a healthy scratch.

Imalo dude is just lol just the way he pump fakes pisses me off lol. He really shouldn't be in the NBA is is beyond awful.

Portland is just way to soft of a basketball team in the paint. They need to draft a man in the draft Anthony Bennent would be a good fit but they wont be able to draft that high. They just really need some toughness. I bet they regret not drafting Faried right now he is almost to a tee what they need. I cant believe how bad they are defensively it's embarrassing. The sad part is it shows the lack of toughness on both end they should be able to get more layups but they are soft outside of Wes Mathews and Lillard.

I loved Will Barton as a project player for the Pacers and he is still just that a project he shouldn't be getting NBA minutes right now. No one on the Portland bench is a clear cut rotation NBA player just terrible.

I doubt he got traded dude has been off this year why would you sell low on him? I cant imagine him having much value with the way he has played so far. I am guessing but maybe Frank is just sending him a message I mean with how he has played he has deserved a benching.

I'm guessing it was either a disciplinary move or there's dissension amongst him and the coaching staff--he has a track record of not seeing eye-to-eye with coaches (i.e. Kuester). The Pistons are much better without Stuckey anyway and I thought they should have traded him long ago.

It's one thing for him not to be playing, it's another thing for them to tell him half an hour before game time to go back into the locker room and change back into street clothes.

    to that point...

    Pistons breakdown:

    With Stuckey starting: 0-8
    With Stuckey as a 6th man: 12-18
    With Stuckey DNP: 5-1

I still think Stuckey is a pretty good player. I honestly don't lay all of that at his feet. But I agree, he no longer fits our big 3 of Monroe, Drummond and Knight. He has chemistry with none of them. There is no way management does not notice this. Time to move on.

We're a big inside-outside team now. A shooting guard with no range and poor shot selection simply has no place here.

I'd love to see a Stuckey/Jeff Green deal. Two guys that have had poor seasons that just might need a change of scenery.

Stuckey has to have some decent trade value. Either some draft picks, or a nice additional piece.

David Lee is a terrible defender. Bogut is doing a good job of defending and altering the shot of whoever is trying to score inside the paint ( ie., Ed Davis ) ...but 2 times, David Lee is left to box out and defend Aaron Gray....in both instances that this happened....Lee wasn't able to box out and prevent Gray from scoring on the 2nd chance shot.

I agree he's a terrible defender, but he seems to be a pretty damn good rebounder, averaging 12 a game.

GSW are going to look much better with Bogut, IMO. Lee is not a good defender, especially at the 5. Having Bogut should let him spend more time guarding smaller guys. That should keep him from having to wrestle the guys like Gray, that are too big for him.

I don't know how this would work out. Unless they get Derozan back, which it doesn't look like they would, any trade to the Raptors involves the Grizzlies getting fleeced.

I just don't understand last week's trade if they end up trading Gay as well. They're asking for expiring contracts and depth to fill our the bench. Huh?

Last week's trade solved this year's luxury tax problem. However, they're still up against the tax next year, AND they would like to re-sign Tony Allen after his cheap contract expires, which very likely will put them over the tax line. Of course, they could wait all the way up to next year's trading deadline to solve next year's tax problem, but seeing what it cost them this year, they would be smart to take preventive action (i.e. dealing Gay for cheaper pieces).

Dallas tried to create a realistic return opportunity for AI to return to the NBA via the D-League and this is his response:

I thank Donnie and Dallas for the consideration and while I think the D-League is a great opportunity, it is not the route for me.

I realize my actions contributed to my early departure from the NBA, should God provide me another opportunity I will give it my all

My dream has always been to complete my legacy in the NBA

To my fans, I love yall! Not a day goes by that I am not asked when am I coming back, we all must accept my return is not up to just me.
So he says no thanks to the opportunity, but if one should provide itself, he would give his all, but its not up to him even though all he has to do is sign on the dotted line and give his all?

I ****ing hate ESPN. Bulls are pretenders because they have the best defense, Rose is coming back and could be the NBA's AP, and they've shown they can beat Miami. But, we are pretenders because Hibbert has sucked, and we do not know how the chemistry will be with Granger coming back.

Ok, so we're in the same damn situation, but they are contenders and we are pretenders. Makes sense.
