Ehhh, probably not. Even with Bogut, they wouldn't have a guy who can really create off the dribble in the playoffs, when teams basically know all of your offensive sets and focus their game plan on stopping it. That's when you need a creator. I will say the Warriors do have a number of guys who aren't afraid to take a clutch shot, which helps. But they don't have the creator.
I'd say that Jack and Curry can do it.

Funny to see how the Warriors now need a shot creator.
They seem to do better without him. It allowed Thompson to shine.

It probably was some times it looked like a 1-3-1 and others it did look like the box and Barnes guard the top of the key. Thats why I said I couldn't figure out the principals. I wasn't a fan of it but it did limit the Clippers who weren't hitting their shots.

I am about to go back and watch that game. I am puzzled on why you would play a zone versus the Clippers like I said I wasn't really paying attention I just happened to look up and saw a weird zone so I watched for a few minutes.
I think he tried it and didn't like it. or as a change of pace. It didn't look very effective to me, but maybe it was supposed to be a change of pace kind of thing.

Dwight Howard just flat out sucks as a Laker. Maybe Shaq did a spell/curse on him. LOL
    He's still not healthy.

A candid and long interview with Stan Van Gundy. Worth a read though

Call me crazy but I think the Lakers problems start with Howard, the guy looks old and is not putting a 100% effort, he is always smiling and complaining to the officials, that guy is not a winner.
I had been criticizing Nash, but he's turned it up here recently. Meanwhile, Dwight isn't doing squat. He can't score in the post consistently all of a sudden, and his defense is slipping as well. If I were the Lakers, maybe you look to trade HIM (instead of Pau) for before he bolts this offseason. (Josh Smith, Korver + a 1st?--KG, Courtney Lee +1st? lol)

Seems like a good deal for both teams. The Grizzlies save some money by dumping the dead weight of Marreese Speights and the Cavs get a pick and a young player.

So Grizz're under the tax line now, so no Gay/ZBO trade. Until we do it all again next year anyway.

Spears said Memphis shipped out Wayne Ellington in the deal too. Woulda been nice if they'd done that a day earlier.

Grizzlies source says the deal is Speights/Selby/ 2015 1st Round pick (Top 5 Protected) for Jon Leuer.
There's gotta be someone else coming from Cleveland, or another deal about to happen, Memphis doesn't have a full roster otherwise. And I know they needed to get under the tax, but a 1st? Really?

So is the new Sonics team going to be still considered a part of the Kings franchise, and the Thunder still a part of the old Sonics franchise? And the old Sonics and new Sonics won't be related besides name and location? Or will the Thunder branch off and be considered their own franchise, and the new Sonics be a continuation of the old Sonics franchise?

I'm confused as to how this is going to work.

The old Cleveland browns and the new Cleveland browns are not related. This is not a new situation.

I'm sure the old sonics name, trophies and tradition will be released to Seattle if/when the kings move there. I'm guessing they'll treat it like the sonics took a 5 year break and the kings just went defunct.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Don't see how the lakers can say no to Lopez at this point, unless Jim buss is still living in fantasy land where dwight is still the greatest acquisition ever and he's not going anywhere...

So will the Thunder branch off and be considered their very own franchise that started in 2008? Because right now their franchise is considered to have started in 1967. Or will we have two teams that share the same franchise history?
