I still see us as a 7-9 win team but would be pleasantly surprised if we could get 9-10 wins and sneak into the playoffs. Even if we do make it in, I see us taking a butt whooping from whoever we play and a great learning experience for our team. I just can't wait to see how the Colt's will look the last three games of the season. I think by then they will have had the time to start gelling as a team and will look much better overall.

I'll just say Reggie better stay healthy. He goes down we're dead in the water. He's the only WR that can get open.

Thank whatever god you believe in that the Colts finally have 3 solid linebackers for the first time in forever? That's what I'm doing. The front 7 is a nose tackle away from being very formidable. I think Josh Chapman is that missing piece.
McKinney lost for the year too. We're playing with, at best, what we thought would be backups at the position. Nevis has looked pretty good on DL, which is good news after the back issues derailed his rookie year.

Anyway, not sure Chapman is the guy, but hopefully. Not sure it's just one player away either, but agree that front 7 is improving and at least resists and plays aggressively, as opposed to what we've come to see the last few years.

Next 5 games are winnable games, so we could be 7-2 pretty soon

Or that can find the first down marker. I've noticed on several occasions where Avery runs a route that is just a yard shy of the FD. Reminds me of Gonzo when he was here

The Colts, by default, will get some major media attention if they win this week. The Jets are a magnet for the media and they will be in big big trouble if they are 2-4. Plus the Colts will start becoming a pretty big story in their own right if they start the season at a surprising 3-2.

Cory Redding on Luck or Wayne, maybe both? "I'm glad he's on my team, I'm glad he's on my team." Amen Cory. Amen.

I dunno... I think he's the only WR that Luck can trust to hold onto or even snag the ball in a tight situation.
Nuntius was right. I was wrong. Frank Vogel has retained his job.

BTW... that go ahead TD to Wayne (with him twisting and reaching out for the score) needs to be preserved for Wayne's career highlights. Much like the AFCC game catch where the ball popped up and he still managed to catch it. Good stuff.

    Special stuff.
