Some great stuff in Peter King's MMQB: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/201...k-5/index.html

    Love the article's ending haiku:

    Hoosierville drama:
    Legend grows for Mr. Luck.
    He won one for Chuck.
Take me out to the black, tell 'em I ain't coming back. Burn the land and boil the sea, you can't take the sky from me.

Seriously, this dude is going to be amazing. Even as a rookie he is very good. He's got a bit of Peyton, a bit of Big Ben, and he can run. Incredible talent.

The more you watch that 3rd and 12 play the more ridiculous it gets. I don't know what is most impressive, the ability to shake off Matthews, the fact he even knew he was there, or the ridiculous throw he makes with only one foot on the ground and zero space to plant his feet.

One thing that's really troubling is how thouroughly Matthews whipped Costanzo on that play. I know Matthews is elite, and he's going to get a few of those a game, but AC barely even bothered him on that play.

Castonzo had a good game though, we ran to his side of the line pretty successfully and for the most part Matthews was a non factor most of the game.

Yeah I agree that by and large AC had a pretty good game. This play though not so much.

Give a lot of credit to A.Q Shipley who played center. I thought he did a very nice job.

Yeah, but third and long, on a play where if Clay can make a play there then that is pretty much GG, so if Castonzo had been able to block him it would have been really impressive.

I don't think the Jets will be as easy of a win. We struggled to beat the Vikings and lost to the Jags, at home nonetheless, who also have a bad receiving/QB corp (maybe the worst in the league)

I pray that I'm wrong and that we can build some momentum from the GB game. In fact I think that we could very well win the game.

But to think the Jets game could be a cupcake (esp on the road) is somewhat wishful thinking for this colts team.

Any road game for this team will be tough, I don't care who it's against. It will be impressive if we come out of the Meadowlands with a victory, I don't care how bad the Jets are.

Not saying it will be a win by any means, just saying those are 5 winnable games.

Minnesota's 4-1 with wins over the 49ers (elite) and Lions (increasingly average). They're better than GB at this point. The Jags loss was terrible, but it was because of a fluke play. Granted it never should've been that close though.

If we don't come out of our next 5 with at least 3 wins that's disappointing.

Is that where A.Q. ended up? I missed that news. Good guy A.Q. He was a hell of a center in college, won the Rimington award i believe too. Glad he's found a home for now at least.

I could see us going undefeated, and I could see us going like 2-3. This is definitely the point in the season where we will get a good measure of how good the team is.
