    Default A real word?

I keep reading about what happened in the vomitorium.

Since when is this a real word? Has this word been in use all along and I just didn't know it? I thought it was a word from ancient Rome about where you went to throw up after a feast or something like that.

    Does Conseco have a vomitorium?

Did I miss some kind of memo or something?

Can I get a vomitorium installed in my house? Do I need a zoning permit?

There are much better definitions than this but here is one for you.

    vomitorium
    CATEGORY: structure
DEFINITION: The way into the cavea of a Roman theater or amphitheater.

Todays translation is the entry way of any thater. So yes there are vomitoriums at the fieldhouse.

Ha, that's funny. I can't wait to tell my kids we're in "the vomitorium" when we are walking into the movie theater.

When at plays the ways of exiting the stage are commonly called vomitoriums. (At least what I call them....)

The first time I read that word a few days ago I thought they were making an editorial statement. Then I read it again today and thought it was a strange coincidince. Thanks for clearing that up.

^^ Yeah, exactly, that's what I thought, too. That the writers were making a comment on the situation.

I can't wait to start trying to get this word more commonly used.
