The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)
I always forget that 08 Titans team started out 10-0 and won 13 games. That was such an anomaly.
Hopefully the Colts can beat the Texans and give Denver the #1 seed.
Manning should never attempt to tackle anyone
It's still fun watching Peyton go to work.
He's already got 2 TDs. Brady Quinn yet to throw a pick.
Denver is really good...as long as we're making completely obvious statements...
Yep, I said early in the season that a healthy Peyton could make them a SB contender, and that's exactly what they are.
The playoffs are going to be a blast this year. There are about half a dozen legit contenders.
LOL. Greatest game sign ever. For those who missed it, some Denver fan had one of those signs designed to get on TV where they take the CBS initials and make something witty. It read:
I don't care who ya are that's funny right there...
Peyton is out of the game up 35-3. The rookie Osweiler about to take his first snaps of the season in a non victory formation way.
Manning has 37 TDs, which is the second highest total of his legendary career.
I do think Manning will win the award though.
Peterson won me over. The Vikings would be like 2-14 without him.
I agree with you guys on Peterson. Even though Peyton has had an amazing year he still stepped onto a playoff team and knew what he was doing when he selected the Broncos. Peterson is the Vikings...
You know how hippos are made out to be sweet and silly, like big cows, but are actually extremely dangerous and can kill you with stunning brutality? The Pacers are the NBA's hippos....Matt Moore CBS Sports....
Good luck to Payton. Not that i wouldn't wish that to him against any team but today is also against the Ravens...
peyton just has so much time in the pocket. it reminds me of when we actually had an o-line.
He really has. If one of the best QBs of all time, has abundant time in the pocket then you don't need to worry. Pretty simple.
Champ Bailey is getting abused.
I guess the "tuck rule" only applies to Tom Brady....what a joke.
Skip Bayless and OlBlu really look smart now don't they?
