Default Luck ahead of the rest of offense

    http://espn.go.com/blog/afcsouth/pos...-his-no-huddle

Could see this in watching our 1st offense in the past few preseason games... there's mistakes being made but not many by Luck. The rest of the offense isn't as progressed as Luck in picking up the playbook and no-huddle. This will come over time. But just watching, it was obvious Luck wanted to do this or that, and the other end of the transaction "wasn't ready", wasn't where they were sposed to be.

I think it's a good sign... Luck's absorption of the playbook is impressive, so we have nothing to worry about there... he'll be ready when the rest of his team catches up. It also means that this offense will make some big strides forward this year as guys start to put it together and Luck is able to do what he wants to do. You can tell he has a Manning-like grasp and sense of control, but right now he's herding cats.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

maybe it's time for the other guys to hit the books more. Hopefully Luck and staff are working diligently getting the rest of the players up to speed.

Actually, I was about to bring up the O - line.

There's no question in my mind the line play on both sides of the ball is the biggest wild card as to whether we're abjectly bad or competitive despite likely only 5 - 6 wins. You have to admit both have been a source of concern so far. Of course, they could improve, but either way, their play will define the overall success of both units and the W - L record more than any other positions/areas.
I'd rather die standing up than live on my knees.

Off topic....but how do I change the way the posts are arranged in threads? The newest post is showing up at the top instead of the bottom. It just bugs me.

Everything that I have seen from this kid makes me more and more excited to get season rolling. I am not too overly worried about the o-line because we have first dibs on the waiver wire and we might be able to pick up one or two descent linemen for both sides of the ball. SOme teams are going to be in tough waters when we have to trim it down to a 53 man roster.

If the rest of the offense can execute the way Luck can, this could be a division winning team
