Yeah, Kenney is coming to IU.

I don't know whether it will be Sudfeld or Coffman next week, but when the offense is hanging big points like this every week it is tough for me imagining Roberson being the starting QB next year. I think you work him as a slot receiver and run some wildcat with him, but I want a pocket passer in Wilson's offense I think. That is what he always used at Oklahoma and it's tough for me to say the team would be better with Roberson right now.

Security was apparently encouraging people to leave because of the weather I guess. Which is about the most Purdue thing ever.
So people in the stands needed to leave but it was OK for the players on the field to stay?

It is pretty ridiculous but in their defense it is a lot easier to quickly usher two teams directly to the locker room than it is to get 50,000+ fans back to their vehicles.

I can't imagine him failing to make any of the throws that Coffman is making. And hes more of a playmaker with his legs. Not saying we should use him on running plays, but it was nice to see him being able to take a broken play and turn it into a first down.

Frankly though, I think Sudfeld does bring something to the passing game that he doesn't and probably could be the starter next year over him.

Should be interesting to see what Wilson can do with talented players. Been awhile since IU could attract those. Thats for sure.

But it is completely understandable and it is amazing he has waited this long to get those things out of his life. If IU had any class (and they don't), they would buy them and put them on display in the field house. That is the only way they will get any of Bobby Knight there......

There are many bitter people walking the planet but he has every right to be bitter with IU and to not give them the time of day. If I was in his situation, I wouldn't either.......

Steiner Sports CEO Brandon Steiner says Knight wanted to be able to give some of the proceeds to his grandchildren and charities.
''He's just consolidating his stuff,'' Steiner said. ''It's going to be a really cool auction because he was a very detailed saver.''

And who is he even mad at? The people who fired him are long gone. The fans had nothing to do with it. If he wants to act bitter, then that's his right. But I hope IU never again wastes their time by trying to get him to come back.

I am quite sure he would second that. I had my party when Miles Brand died. That was worth celebrating....

Consider me stunned that a lonely bitter old man would side with another lonely bitter old man.

I don't think Knight is even mad anymore. I think he just is one of those people that can't admit he was wrong about being mad in the first place.

I agree. Bob Knight put IU basketball on the map, and should have been able to leave on his own terms

Denny Crum put Louisville basketball on the map. He won championships in 1980 and 1986 (IU won in 81 and 87). However, he was kicked to the curb in a heartbeat to make room for Rick Pitino. But he's not a bitter man and in fact still has a very amicable relationship with the program. Their court is named after him. Everything must come to an end and no one is invincible.

I can understand Knight being upset for a while, but it's been 12 years and everyone who had something to do with his firing is long long gone. I don't really care about what Knight does, but I do hope that IU never asks him back again after the HOF snub three years ago.

It doesn't matter how many years have gone by, Coach Knight was wronged by IU. He was one hell of a coach, ran a clean program, actually made his players attend classes. He deserved better than being fired under suspicious conditions

Darius Latham decommitted from Wisconsin. A 4-star defensive lineman and, much like Kenney, is widely expected to pop for Indiana sooner rather than later. IU is gaining traction on another 4-star DE, Elijah Daniel, as well. Lots of momentum for a team that lost something like 18 straight Big Ten games. They are on the right side of the football too--defensive talent has to improve. Indiana football has piqued my interest.

Love it. If only Tim Kimbrough could be pried from Georgia to add to LB corps. This development could turn out to be the FB program's version of the Movement in a sense.

If we get one more highly rated recruit and I am going to start to think Wilson is paying players. I guess this is great material to talk to defensive recruits though "You see we can score right there with OSU, we need you to stop them a few more times"

The best part is watching these guys recruit each other on Twitter. Wow, crazy good things going on with football recruiting right now.

Don't use twitter, so what one domino fell, and then he convinced the next guy?
