This loss was definitely on IU's D. Purdue is a pretty mediocre running team and it was 5+ yards pretty much every carry. They really need to get some front 7 recruits, I don't want to be mean but most of those guys shouldn't be playing in the Big Ten.

NCAA offices are in Indy, I'm just saying, for you locals. It really is stupid. On the bright side, once there's 4 16 team conferences they're going to leave the NCAA. YOU WATCH!
    i pray you are correct.
i am beyond sick of the way the ncaa unevenly distributes punishment.

Question for those Hoosier fans who despise Notre Dame football and the IU fans who also root for the Irish in football: Why does this bother you so much? What is the big deal?

Ignoring this game how many games this season did the D lose us? Most of them?
True, but our D handed us the MSU game and the offense wasted it.

We just have to accept that we have that special group of players that will really come together and make sure one side blows the game each and every single weak. The D just came ahead in the choking contest more often this year.

Fine with Roberson in the jack of all trades weapon role next season, but I want Sudfeld given every opportunity to lose the starting QB job based on in - game performance. Coffman makes bad decisions and has mediocre at best arm strength and accuracy.

#16 IU beat #1 Notre Dame in the 101st minute (2OT) on a golden goal. Final score: 2-1. The soccer team is on to the Elite Eight.

At the ball game. Another slow and less than impressive start. One of these days, this is going to be a problem

Guy who looks crappy in this one is Yogi. Lot of bad passes, turnovers, loose dribbling. The jumping in the air before the pass thing is happening way too frequently for my taste.

This has become an insane shooting exhibition. IU scored on 15 straight possessions and is shooting 67%, mostly on jumpers. Jordy and Will are killing it.

    50-19 Hoosiers at the half.

NC will be a very interesting game given our preseason schedule being cream puffy. Not that we're the only one. Just are not a lot of measuring sticks of that caliber.

Sought-after DT Darius Latham committed to IU Football tonight. Odds are he'll play with the basketball team too.

Good news on Latham. We need every single iota of help we can get on the defensive side of the ball...and then some.

I wonder how much Latham was enticed by the chance that he might very well get a ring playing basketball.

"But, first, let us now praise famous moments, because something happened Tuesday night in Indianapolis that you can watch a lifetime’s worth of professional basketball and never see again. There was a brief, and very decisive, and altogether unprecedented, outburst of genuine officiating, and it was directed at the best player in the world, and that, my dear young person, simply is not done."

PJ Hairston has a mild sprain in his knee. Questionable for tomorrows game.

I was just telling someone this morning that I think the match up @ the 3 was going to be an interesting/important match up. PJ might not start but he can bring Instant offense off the bench. I thought Vic and Sheehey might have trouble with him due to his strength & athleticism.

If PJ doesnt play thatll hurt UNC quite a bit. IMO he was gonna be Carolinas X Factor

UNC and Butler look to be our only hurdles to a clean pre-Big 10 season.

    very interesting test

I hope Cody is back to 100%

Jeremy Hollowell is going to cost me a ton of furniture this year. For the love of god Perea, Jurkin, Elston--get healthy. My apartment can't handle Hollowell.
