Bad movie, but thanks to the existence of Catwoman (and a certain Batman movie that I deny ever existed), cannot be the among the worst of all time.

And Superman 3 and 4...And Ghost Rider...

I'll agree with Peck though. Daredevil DC is far superior to the theatrical cut.

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but who are you guys hoping they choose for the reboot, as far as Bruce Wayne/Batman casting is concerned? I'd submit Bradley Cooper and Ryan Gosling as my top two choices. I don't have a clue on directors yet but Joe Carnahan is a guy that would come to mind without thinking too hard about it.

I hope they give this trilogy at least a few years to breathe before we get yet another reboot. Amazing Spider-Man felt forced and soon, and that was 6 years. Can we at least have that long before we do this again?

I'm all for another interpretation of the Batman, and I think if lightening strikes we may get yet MORE great Batman movies of a different flavor, but I just want to wait a while first.

Personally, I'm hoping the next version goes in a smaller direction than the Nolan films. Tell more personal character stories instead of feeling the need to always put the entire city in jeopardy. Can you imagine if the right cast and crew makes a series of films based on plots like the death of Robin and the Killing Joke?

I doubt they wait that long. I don't disagree about it being a good idea, but right now Batman and Superman are the only golden geese of DC Entertainment, and I think they're anxious to follow the Marvel Studios model in building up to a team-up Justice League movie. I think they'll end up working the Man of Steel movie into it somehow.

Worth noting, possibly, is when ******ian Bale was asked about possibly reprising Batman in a Justice League movie, he didn't shoot it down right away like I figured he would. He just said something to the effect of "Nobody's approached me about that sort of movie." I really hope that he sees what a great symbol and role model he could be as Batman and keeps making the movies as long as possible... but I think he is way too hungry for diversity in his roles and the opportunity to try something completely different.

WB CEO has already announced a reboot for 2015. It will be part of the Justice League movie they are trying to do. So yes, nothing is sacred folks, nothing.

It just goes to show you how far WB has their heads up their butts (in response to Trader Joe's post above). There is absolutely no reason to reboot Bats.

They'll end up making a JL movie on its own.

I'll give you #4, but how can you hate a movie with a drunken Superman?

I didn't see Daredevil b/c he was one of my least favorite comic book characters. However, I will say that my vote for worst comic book movie (that I've seen) has to go to Green Lantern, followed by Ghost Rider II. I could barely sit through those movies.

I am for a reboot if they cast a good villain and a great actor to play him. I was extremely disappointed that they chose Jim Carey to play the Riddler, but that movie was kind of a waste anyway. I was hoping that they would have picked Robin Williams to play that character, and even though he is probably well past his manic prime, I still think he would be excellent as the Riddler.

$$$. That's always a reason to reboot a super popular franchise.
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

    Shun this man. Shuuuunnnnnn......!

I love #3. To me, it's second only to #2. #1 is good, but the origin story is too long. And #4...well...we're better off just pretending that one never happened. Though it is fun to watch from time to time for the comedic value.

Ha! The main reason I dislike it is because of Richard Pryor. Love the guy and his comedy, but it had no place in a Supes movie.

But without Pryor's role, we may have never gotten Office Space.

What's the difference between the theatrical and Director's cut?

I thought the movie was okay...but I didn't like the casting of Garner...much less her costume....nor the Michael Clarke Duncan casting as the Kingpin.

The embezzeling of money through the use of a computer program...scams 1/2 cent from every paycheck, I believe.

They mention Supes 3 in Office Space, if I remember correctly...

Not to be mistaken for the live action movie....here's yet another DC Batman Animated movie:

    Get More: MTV Shows

With all these animated movies....I'm hoping that at some point, someone in the DC Animated world does a full length "true to it's source material as possible" version Adult animated movie of the "Kingdom Come" Graphic Novel.
