Did something change with this? Lately, every time I've tried to embed an image in a post, it tells me the file is too large, the wrong type, I've exceeded my size quota, or something similar. No matter how I try to do it, I can't. Any explanation?
Yes, I finally figured out that you could manually use the tags. I was referring to using the "insert image" button to attach the image. Every time I tried to attach it through that button it messed up with the various errors I listed above. So no harm done since I can manually use the tags, but I had gotten used to using the button and that now seems to not work, at least for me.
Not sure if this is what you're talking about but it's something I noticed since PD was overhauled.
When you click the "Insert Image" button, you're now given two options: FROM COMPUTER or FROM URL. The old version was exclusively URL. So you'll have to click that URL tab if you just want to use a link to post an image. The FROM COMPUTER option I believe uploads the image to PD's servers (which could be why you're getting quota messages).
