    Thanks, and yup that's me

More of a fan of players than teams (being from Boston my favorite team is the Celtics, but I'd root for the Pacers over them in the playoffs if it came down to it), so Gerald's journeys have brought me to Pacer land now.
    Then welcome aboard, mate

I really hope that Gerald helps us and makes both you and us happy

When is the press conference to introduce the new guys going to be?

    Much appreciated.

Really hope Gerald starts off shooting the ball well. He's definitely a streaky shooter, scared that a cold shooting start will get fans turned against him

A Gerald Green fan who now finds himself rooting for the Suns.

For me, and I'm a Gerald Green skeptic, he needs to come out of the gate showing real effort on the defensive end. That's my number one issue. I want to see him defend.

Gerald Green scores 26 points against Houston highlights - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXF1t...e_gdata_player

This is the famous alley oop windmill dunk game. I'm okay with this signing. Green is still relatively young and he's hungry to prove he can live up to his potential.

For those who like dunk contest material, this is GG vs James White in a russian league a couple years ago. Pretty sweet.

I found this piece on Gerald Green interesting and wanted to share. I'm hoping for similar production next year on the Pacers!

A humbled young talented player who has learned hard work gets you a second chance will be a very easy player to cheer for. Welcome to Indy Gerald Green. Let the highlights begin and provide the Pacers with a solid scorer off the bench. I really like the Green and Augustin moves this off season.

Loved the signing. Really looking forward to him taking his game to another level with the Pacers. Even if he just repeats what he did last year, I think we'll all be very very happy with the signing.

Augustin - Lance - Green = Sick passes and sick scoring

Hopefully we see some alley-ooops from Augustin and Lance to Green and Ian.
Lance + Starting SG = Awesome

    Now really free Lance!

I can't wait to see the first fast break with Gerald and Pauly running with DJ!

DJ + Green + Paul + Mahinmi + Plumlee = Lob City Naptown

Also, here's a brief interview from Gerald Green at TJ Ford's H-Town Shootout, and a clip of a pretty crazy putback dunk (at 0:36).

Gerald Green was my favorite signing this year. I hope he continues to improve from last year and I think he will be a welcome addition to our bench. On paper I think our bench is 5 times better than last year, hopefully it translates to the game.

I'm excited to see how our vastly improved athleticism off the bench translates (or doesn't) to improvement with the 2nd string.

I downloaded an updated roster on 2K12 for all the rookies and trades through the weekend. Gerald Green is a beast in the game. hahaha He shoots 3s and just dunks all over people.

One thing this video; and many other videos I've seen of Green, has shown is that he's much more than a dunker. He is truly an ISO threat that can get his own shot off the dribble. The fact that he's a very fast and athletic 6'8 makes him a matchup nightmare for 2's (size) and 3's(quickness)

If he provides us the same offensive production while also being at least above average defensively, we've def got a steal.

Best off season move other than resigning Hibbs and Hill.

I agree with this sentiment. Things are different, but better or worse is hard to say. I like DJ's quickness and obviously Green is extremely athletic.

BUT...you've got to apply it in a coordinated, smart, team manner. If you go for something that breaks the strategy and you come up empty, 4 other guys are screwed. This is how "good on paper" often fails.

They might have something, but I just can't count the chickens yet.

A plethora of Gerald Green's dunks from the regular season. Seems like he has quite the talent for making fast cuts to the rim (at 1:37, NJ runs an amazing play, allowing Green an easy alley-oop).

If Augustin and Green can manage to run any play similar to these, then we'll prove to have a pretty exciting bench.

He requested it in another thread. I don't see anyone in an uproar yet so we might just make it out of this alive.
