high scoring combo guard Erick Green seems to be always mocked in the early/mid 2nd.

I'd love if if we could move up from 53 to the mid-30's for him.
    Same here.
Lance + Starting SG = Awesome

    Now really free Lance!

From what I have read I agree. I watched a game of his in HS(can't really take anything from that) he defiantly has a sweet stroke. He basically fits what we need to a tee. He can shoot and break his man down off the dribble. He played pg in the game I watched him in HS his handle was solid.

If our scouts like him he would be a good pick high upside from what I have read.

Olynyk is kind of like if Tyler and McBob had a baby.

Also, yikes at Larkin's arm length. Poor guy is going to get abused.

I agree he is mobile which helps but the arms are a killer. You can't but notice it on tape. It was the first thing I noticed about him in tape. It hurts him in every aspect of the game.

Larkin is the same way. It is sad because they can't help it gotta feel bad for the kid. Larkin plays so hard to. I just don't think he can overcome it.

In 2013, there should be NO DOUBT about what you are getting when you are being drafted number 1. Anthony Davis, John Wall, Kyrie Irving, Blake Griffin are all studs. Noel doesn't belong with those guys
Agree, just look at the Kentucky team. They didn't do nothing with him.

The reason why i think its so hard to think who is going to be picked at number is that the cavs have the pick and the best players in this years draft are wing players. The Cavs all ready have Irving and Waiters who both create with the ball in their hands.

They did a hell of a lot less without him.

Of course he's no Davis, Irving, Wall, or Griffin. The problem is there isn't one of those guys in this draft.

Gobert's listed comparison as a player is Shawn Bradley, so there's that.

    That's what I thought too.

At least T-Bird has Dieng compared to John Salley and Larry Sanders.

No joke. That team makes the tourney with him healthy. They feel apart without him.

Ford's mock has Dieng there for us at #23 but not Bullock.

I'm not sold at all on the defensive ability of Olynyk at the 4.

I never expected Dieng to be available at the #23 pick, but if he is I want the Pacers to draft him. Reality is that he either won't be available, or if he is the Pacers won't draft him.

I honestly think it's too early to say Noel can't be AD. He was really freakin' good when he went down and was pretty much the only holding that UK team together.

I don't think he has near the offensive potential that Davis has. But he could be as good defensively.

What was KY's record with him vs Noel being injured?

    Pacers Top 4 should be:
    1. Jamaal Franklin
    2. Tony Mitchell
    3. Reggie Bullock
    4. Erik Green
Exactly opposite of what I think

Tyler has zero post game and no jump shot. And I was a big fan of his. He just has not developed any game since entering the NBA.

A player evaluated on draftexpress.com I was not aware of but sounds interesting.

We do however need Bench scoring and he can help with that, I think he could workout, but there may be other guys that are better fits for what we are doing here.

    Academics

He participated like he was on the team. I would be shocked if our scouts didn't watch him practice a bunch last year.

EDIT: that isn't the interview I was meaning to link. I listen to a long interview with him on tunin where he speaks on school and what not.

    http://tunein.com/topic/?TopicId=46843389

that is it. it is a good listen, I listen to it a while back.

I would be pretty happy if Olynyk fell to us. The wingspan thing is overblown. If he were 6'9'' with a 6'10'' wingspan, instead of 7' with a 6'10'' wingspan, would it be such a big deal? I'll also point out that his standing reach (9'0'') is average center sized.

We already have athletic guys in the frontcourt in Mahinmi and Plumlee. Won't hurt to add some skill in the mix.

Though actually if Dieng is available at our pick, I think I would prefer him. Guess I just like TBird's eval.

Yes it would. 6'10 wingspan is small for the NBA. You have to be crazy athletic and skilled to make up for that small of body. I mean Blake Griffin is limited in many areas of the game due to his 6'11 wingspan, and he is crazy athletic.

Look at Tyler and Olynk moves about as well as him with a similar body. Tyler is stronger though.
