Watching Tornike Shengelia again is nice. Last time I watched him was last summer in Eurobasket.

Carlton Scott's passing lane pick and lay-up puts the Nets within 10 against the Magic.

Our arena, their arena, Rucker park, it just doesn't matter. We're bigger, longer, younger, faster, and hungrier.

Wow, Tyshawn Taylor ties up the game at 86 with a fastbreak 3.

Brooks is 0-9 from the field this game. If they draw up a play for him ---

    WOAH. Great move by Thornton!

I think his 3pt ability kind of went a little unnoticed in the draft process, after shooting really well during the season, he really cooled in the tourney...

Magic beat the Nets, 88-92. On to Boston-OKC. I'll be sticking around briefly to see if PJ3 makes any moves right out of the gate. I wanted him in a Pacers uni so bad. Now I just want Green.

Nicholson had 24 points (on 50% shooting), 12 rebounds, 2 blocks against the Nets.

Reggie Jackson with a sick tomahawk. Very nice. Jackson/Jones/Aldrich isn't too bad of a lineup. Wish Lazar Hayward and Garrett Temple were more worth talking about.

Other commentator made my exact point: PJ3 won't get much time with OKC for a few years. Which will hamper his development. He needs to be on a team who will be supplementing him in multiple positions, like the Pacers would.

He will get time in practice going against pretty good competition if it is at the 3 or the 4, and should learn a lot from guys like Serge and Durant. I would not be surprised if he averages about 10 min per game this year...

Andrew Nicholson blocks the hell out of Al Thornton. "Get that outta here!"

I just realized that the only thing I'm looking forward to in the Boston-OKC game is seeing Perry Jones III getting some run. I can't wait to see how he plays, at least in this scenario.
I won't see it, but I'll be reading for updates.

I want to see what PJII & Quincy too. I would say Moultrie, but wasn't he pulled with an ankle sprain?

Wanted 2 of those 3 guys and the Pacers had a chance to get 2 of those 3. While I'm happy with OJ, I just think the Pacers would have been better with Quincy to give a real backup for Granger. A legit 6'10 athletic backup.

Oh well. Only time will tell if the Pacers made the right choices.
