Earl Clark has length, size, and athleticism. If he could be gotten reasonably, I wouldn't be against the idea of signing him.

If I were the Jazz....I'd want more than just taking on MoWill for nothing....I'd expect some assets ( draft pick or $$$ ) back in return for helping the Mavs out.

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

He's a guy, and I'm not sure it this really happened or just how I think of him, when he's playing against Troy Murphy - I think wow he could really turn out to be good. Then I see him play against a David West and I think wow this guy is really not any good.

He had some good play against the Pacers and West last year. Did some rebounding and shot blocking.

But the thing is you can get a guy in the draft that has flexibility and is not limited in which games he can play, he played I believe 2 minutes in the Clippers series, and not many in OKC. If you tell me that I have a guy that is a career back up and can only play in games where there is a slow pace, he is undersized and overweight, then there is no way I am trading for him at #26.

Collison was still getting decent playing time and could play in every single game, he did not have to sit on the bench due to his lack of ability.
Maybe, but the Pacers are largely going to be playing a half-court game as it or at least they should given their personnel.

What I'm surprised about are the # of Players that I'd assume wouldn't opt out in the first Place. Players like Clark are hitting a Free Agent Market that already appears to be saturated by a whole host of similar talent level Players. I really wouldn't be surprised if the Pacers could get some Players like Clark for a really reasonable price.

DraftExpress2: The two most like int'l prospects @WojYahooNBA is referring to for the Spurs would be '05 pick Erazem Lorbek and '09 pick Nando De Colo.
Lorbek coudl finally be coming to the NBA.....you really have to wonder when Stanko will ever come to Indy or not.

Plus he looks to have put on some muscle in Orlando. Certainly he looks the part of a PF now, as opposed to a twinner forward, and may even be a able to handle some 5.

AP: Dwyane Wade called Jerry Colangelo and Mike Krzyzewski today to withdraw from Olympic team. He will need knee surgery.

According to league sources, the Chicago Bulls are drafting Tyshawn Taylor from Kansas tonight with the 29th pick -- backup for Derrick Rose
I guess this makes some sense seeing Rose might miss all of next season, just some added depth at the pg position.

Something Donnie mentioned yesterday, I think it was on JMV, that they covet wing defenders (to guard DWade and Lebron was part of the example)... it could have been just a general statement, but I wonder if Jeff Taylor is on the radar and the Melo and Draymond stuff is a smokescreen. Just thought I'd throw that out there, since Taylor wasn't listed on Chad Ford's big board for the Pacers.

T Bird already said he thought we should pick Taylor in another thread, funny.

I've said from the get go neither would ever don a Pacers uni. I've said they were trade fodder, and so far I'm half right with Lorbek traded to the Spurs.

Yeah I mean he has some insight, but nothing is for certain with predicting, I think there is some interest in Draymond green but if they picked him that would be a silly move to make, I would rather strengthen our big or wing depth than make that move.

Ex-NBA player and church goer. Doesn't really surprise me. On another note, this is something that happened several years ago but the whole thing about a woman being charged with extorting him for it is new.

I'd be very happy with Jeff Taylor as the pick.

Warriors are sort of a wild card at #7. Tim Kawakami says Waiters is the guy they want (jeez, they're like the 5th team to say that).
