Yep, Reggie is awesome. Turned down more money to go to a contender, and is going the extra mile to help our new QB.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

How did Reggie turn down more $$$ to go to a contender?

I thought he stayed for the $$$ and well lets face it while Andrew Luck gets his bearings he'll be the undisputed top dog on this team since Manning is gone because of seniority.

Don't think that factors into it for him he said he hated how this team was considered a one man show last season and they were written off.

Uh, because I'm almost certain that's what I had read/heard. He had been offered more money by NE.

Oh and if you don't think Luck doesn't come in and immediately be top dog, I have to STRONGLY disagree with you... Reggie might be the ol resident pro and a great mentor, but this team just automatically became Andrew Luck's. Reggie Wayne being top dog has zero factor in why he stayed. His comments last year pertained more to the fact that he felt Indy had more talent than their win total showed last year.

Great that reggie is going the extra step.

This would benefit Reggie as well though make no mistake. Reps with a new QB will help Luck feel more comfortable with Wayne.

A WRs success (as far as stats go) is tied directly to the QB...surprised wayne wasn't already in Cali lol
