Yeah, Weeden in the first is a stretch. Hell, I think Tannehill in the first is a stretch. To me, there were two QBs worthy of the first round (Luck and RGIII, obviously). Give Colt McCoy some weapons and if he fails again, make an aggressive move for someone like Matt Barkley.

A lot of Titans fans are unhappy about drafting Wright. They were also unhappy when the Titans selected Chris Johnson. That turned out alright so I'll wait and see.
Wright is the most explosive playmaker of the draft at wideout. I actually think he'll be better than Floyd and Blackmon. He reminds me a lot of Steve Smith from Carolina.

Can you imagine being Colt McCoy? His team just drafted his supposed replacement, from his college arch rival, who is three years older than he is right now.

Ya that was a shocker pick... from the perspective of being a reach.... and the Colt McCoy factor. Weeden is 28.

If I was Colt McCoy, my mission in life would be to absolutely DESTROY Brandon Weeden in training camp.

Nice, I hope you're right. I always feel like my teams make lackluster picks at the time but I've learned to wait and see. Paul George, Kenny Britt, Jake Locker etc. No point in getting upset until you've seen them in action though. They've been turning out alright.

I think I'd be okay with Indy trading up a few spots to get Fleener. Or trading for him. I got a feeling the Giants are gonna break my heart.

I said this in another thread: I am not okay with the Colts trading up at all. We have too many needs that we need to fill, and we are going with a complete overhaul of our roster. We just need picks. Good guys will be available. Just take the BPA.

I'd stay right where they are then. There's a pretty good chance now he will make it to #34 since Houston passed on him.

Ya, I don't want to trade up often, but we have NOTHING in the way of a tight end, and Luck has proven to be fairly reliant upon TEs... plus the familiarity factor.... that would be an amazing thing if we got Fleener.

The Giants and Rams both draft just ahead of us, and they both need tight ends.

The Vikings traded back in for Baltimore's pick. I bet they take one of the WR's available.

Who do most of us Colt fans want with our 2nd round pick? Fleener pretty unanimous?

To me, ya, we need a lot of stuff... but if we learned anything over the past decade, it's that having a top-flight TE can make your offense really dynamic and provide a relief-valve for a QB, especially a young one.

It would make Luck happy, and I for one want to make Luck happy.

After that, however, I do hope we address other holes... defensive... offensive line....

I know he kind of fell off the map, but I would be okay with Alshon Jeffery too. I prefer Fleener, but Jeffery wouldn't be a bad pickup.

The Bucs traded in and got Doug Martin. The Giants were probably taking him. Since he's not available now, I would bet the Giants try to trade out or take Fleener.

The Giants could just take Cordy Glenn. That would be a solid pick at 32.
