Default Oops (and smelly stuff happens!)

Whlist working on a lot of machines the Pacersdigest machine was left bereft of it's lifesaving juicy electrics.
Unbeknown to me of course, and we left for another job 80 miles down the road.....

Suffice to say I was in no mood to spend 4 hours in traffic, so we waited for staff to arrive on the scene and remotely let them in to our serverroom, instructed them on this highy charged job and watched from afar how Pacersdigest arose from the ashes of starvation.
It's back and I'm sorry for the cockup

Thoroughly supporting that I made sure the server was up before the start of the working day in most parts of the civilized world.

Whoever mentioned having the shakes, I'm rigt there with ya.

Anyone else find a cruel irony that PD was down.. What the same day as the "PD being the best forum around" thread was started? I know really they're completely unrelated I'm just making an observation.

Many thanks for getting this baby up and running again.

Even though I knew the site was down and wouldn't be up for hours I kept hitting refresh on the page hoping that it would somehow pop up.

I think we all have an addiction, and pacers digest is one that I will never go to rehab for. Glad it's up and running, felt lost and was wondering if there was anybody out there!!!!!

Glad I wasn't the only one who felt like life was over when he saw that, "Pacersdigest.com cannot be found" message glaring back at him from the internet. I sold my laptop, my desktop, my iPhone, and every other internet-laden device in pure shock and sadness of PD's demise.*

Then I found out this morning that it was back up, and I had to go steal those items back. It was totally worth it. Thanks for bringing back the NBA's best fan forum, Able!

Our arena, their arena, Rucker park, it just doesn't matter. We're bigger, longer, younger, faster, and hungrier.

I kept alternating between refreshing here in the hopes that it would be back faster than advertised and checking Pacers Digest 2, where I couldn't get in or see anything. But I kept trying. hahaha.

The only silver lining in having PD down for what seemed like an eternity is that it gave me time to catch up on watching my last 2 DVRd episodes of "The Walking Dead". Other than that, the only way that I can get my Basketball fix was to watch the Heat get manhandled by the Thunder.

Thanks Able for getting sanity back into my life.

2 sites I check first thing in the morning when I get up. PD and IndyCornrows. Love both sites.

and I'm on them constantly throughout the day until I go to bed.

    I nearly freaked out yesterday.

I hate myself for lovin' PD
I'd rather be on here than watchin' TV
The best thing is that at least it's still free
and that it doesn't even make it hurt when I pee.

I was going through PD DT's all night long. My daughter woke up and kept asking why I was going back like 100 times. I just had to sit back and tell her "you wouldn't understand". This has to be my favorite fan website and I think the best one around.
