I read an article that said Danny Granger won't play, play the game tonight. Can you tell me if it's wrong or right?

If we don't pound it into the post tonight and take advantage of our big guys I'm going to lose faith in the coaching staff. Semih Erden has nothing but 6 fouls for Roy and Tristan Thompson will get ran over by Roy's size after that. Antawn Jamison isn't going to be looking to get in foul trouble at all and Samardo Samuels shouldn't be a factor either.

I agree with most of your post but I take issue with your characterization of Semih Erden. Is he strong enough, is he rough enough, is he rich enough? I'm not to blind to see; he'll never be a beast, that Erden, but he's a solid player nonetheless.

"Things are different today", I hear my own mother say, Granger needs something today to calm him down. And though he's not really ill, there's a little yellow pill and hopefully he'll take it, because we've been missing that chippiness and edge for a while now. Stupid Kevin Love had to go and spread the word.

Get ready to see PG killing it at SF, let's bring the "trade Danny because he is not letting Paul George play his natural position bandwagon"

He might be fine off the bench but Roy should eat him up as a starter! He's at 7.9 fouls PER36 this year and in his time with the Cavs he has more fouls than he does Points or rebounds. I feed it to Roy and let him score, get fouled or watch the Cavs drop a double team leaving someone else open. But I want Roy with the ball every time down to start this off.

Semih Erden is a quite solid player but I don't remember him standing out for his defense when he was here.

He is very, very foul prone. Actually, if he played 36 minutes he would foul out each game according to Basketball-Reference. He averaged 6.3 fouls per 36 last year and this year he is even worse in that aspect averaging a staggering 7.9 (!!!!) fouls per 36.

He can work on this though and become a decent to good defender which could make him a very good backup Center or even starting material on a middle of the road team.

EDIT: Asher ninja'd me by 8 minutes. Should have been quicker to post and also I should hit refresh once in a while

I just wish time would skip right to the moment before tip-off so this game can start. I'm wayyyy too impatient tonight. I want to see how we do. We must do well. We must succeed!

    Madness?! THIS. IS. PACERS BASKETBALL!

As long as one of our point guards can guard Irving, tonight should be a good night for us.
