Wow, agree with UB here. Most impressive win so far. We played a long, smart team that executes really well.

We were rolling tonight! We are starting to click offensively.

This is the first time I've thought we're seeing something special. This team is improving and improving fast. David West, you were onto something when you decided to sign with us.

Paul George definitely had his "he gets it" moment with that dunk. Guess what kid? You can play!

Good lord, the schedule doesn't get any easier- the next six are all against teams with winning records.

    Paul George ---

    11/19 (7/11 on 3s)...
    9 rbs
    5 ast
    5 stls
    1 block
    1 PF
    0 turnovers
    30 points

And that one block was LeBron James'-style, and on Terry no less, who's quicker than a White Castle *****. Only 3 people in the world can make that block... LBJ, Tayshaun Prince on Reggie, and Paul George.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

At halftime on ESPN they showed the highlights and you could hear the guys go ... "oooh" when they showed the PG block. When they said he scored 30, you could hear Broussard and Wilbon both repeat .... "THIRTY!?" .....

You could tell they hadn't seen the highlights or box score yet and were shocked.

Paul George is currently trending on twitter. What a game for him! If this is what we're going to get from PG24 for his career, the rest of the NBA should just go ahead and shut down.

    This TEAM is amazing.

I'll probably add more to Peck's Odd Thoughts, but right now, I'm still just riding the wave of excitement from this win. Incredible.

Did I mention that Paul George is a freaking STUD?

What's awesome about that is he kept it in bounds too. (Instead of getting all manly and swatting it three rows into the stands..)

Is Paul George trying to make his case for the dunk contest or the 3 point contest? Maybe both?

I haven't seen the game yet. What's up with Tyler?
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

I don't know, but he played almost 20 minutes and took 1 shot. Color me impressed.

I'm sure someone could give you a more detailed answer, but from what I saw, he just seemed really unsure of himself when he got the ball. Looked to pass first when the ball was passed to him instead of driving in and getting his own shot.

I am sometimes a glass half full guy and sometimes a glass half empty guy. After witnessing one of the most incredible all-around performances by a man wearing a Pacers jersey, I can't help but remember that Tyler had a stretch near the end of last year when he was scoring 30 points and grabbing 10 boards and we were naming him the future starting PF. I love how PG is playing... but can he make a long-term habit out of it? Something happened to Tyler, and I worry that it is not fixable.

Really weird, for a large portion of the game, he looked like he wasn't even trying that hard.

My guess is it's completely a confidence thing. But he's got some fundamental problems, like boxing out, that he needs to take care of.

I have to say though, people are stating that "players have adjusted to Tyler" and that's where this poor performance is coming from. I don't think so. He's still getting hammered, he's just not getting the call. So either the refs have adjusted, or they're just poor.

Bird has till this offseason to significantly add to the team. The capspace won't be around much longer. For better or worse, I think the Pacers will be a luxury tax team in the near future.

What a game to watch live. Its been since 04 since I have been able to watch this game in person and leave happy.

I was right behind the bench and Georges body language was amazing. He had this swagger that was like... This is nothing big, he made it look so easy and inside the offense.

Pacers seem to have always had lots of international fans. I'm Aussie and there are a few of us on here.

It's amazing, everytime you think "man tough schedule it'll be tough to win ANOTHER one on the road", these guys do it! I'm so proud of these boys and so proud to be a Pacer fan.

Now, c'mon Indiana get out to BLF and support these guys!

My guess is that it's one of two things. The team has been learning the offense and that means moving the ball. Tyler's game had always been predicated on him shooting it and usually going to the line. The issue is, the team is not all about Tyler...and he needs to figure out how to fit into it.

My other guess is that the injury to his eye also affected his confidence just as the team was learning the new offense. It could be that he's behind and lacks some confidence.

He also hasn't been playing with the same force. Kind of reminds me of the year he had the head issue.

29 of our remaining 44 games are at home. We haven't had homecourt in a playoff series since before I could legally drink. Now I can't wait to buy some beers at the Fieldhouse for Game 1.
