The biggest letdown of the shortened season for me is the fact that the Pacers don't play in Denver this year. Some years I catch a preseason and regular season game in Denver and an early season game in Indy. This year I get nothing unless we have a Pacers/Nuggets finals.

My mother went to the Orlando game all decked out in her Pacers gear. She was surprised that no one gavew her any flack and she said the people were very nice to her. My step dad did not like the 9$ beer and 5$ hot dog.

Pacero, BPump33, JonnyB83, and myself were at Detroit on New Year's. Looking at possibly heading to Cleveland, Milwaukee, and/or Memphis later on. (Do we even play at Memphis?)

I love going to Road games.
I went to that game to, unfortunately.

I went to games in Orlando on and off for 7 years and never really had any trouble from anyone. Did get some strange looks when I wore the Artest jersey but nothing worse than that.

I'll be at game Wed night! Those tickets are a little steep for my blood, but I'll be hanging around down there before the game. I'll be in bright yellow Pacer shirt.

Hey Rel, If you can get 2 for 50 each 10 rows behind Pacers bench, I would be interested in meeting you and buying one of them if you want?

I found a pair of second row seats for $73 (+$12 shipping) or a pair of seats 12 rows back for $34 (+12 shipping)
Both are center court. Let me know if you're interested!

I'll be at the Heat game March 10th. Section 103, row 34 in the corner between the basket and the Pacers bench.

For anyone going solo to the game tonight, I have an extra ticket. My buddy that was going to go had to cancel. Rel and threein73, I know you guys have been talking about going in together for a pair of tickets, and I don't want to mess that up and leave someone out to dry, but if there is anyone out there who's planning to go and doesn't have a ticket yet, feel free to let me know.

Definitely let therein73 know!! We unfortunately weren't able to find tickets together but he told me he'd probably just grab one at the door. I'll send him an email so he can get the heads up!

The road game I go to every year didn't happen this year, **** you Lockout!

I usually go to Dallas too, but couldn't this year, but I guess that's a good thing, we always lose, and won this year lol.

I've been to Denver a couple times, Memphis once.

I'll spare all the details of the night but I did run into someone familiar in the stadium. Too bad his assistant couldn't hold the camera still.

I thanked him and in a very monotone voice he said, "Thanks for being a fan." I think we both held back some words we wanted to say.

I assume the words you held back were something like...

"I put it to a vote and it was 1 to 0 that you are a d-bag who crushed the souls of Pacers fans."

Getting back to the title of the thread... being a lifelong Pacers fanatic.. Through the years I've been to games on the road in Atlanta (of course, live here and went to the debacle last night), San Antonio, Washington DC, Charlotte, Dallas and my favorite, Berlin! My job transferred me to Germany from 95 to 98, and of course one of the things I was worried about was missing Pacers games. My mom sent me VHS tapes of games for 3 years (wasn't that awesome of her!). And after I got there I found out that the first preseason the Pacers were playing in the Euro Tour against Detlif and the Sonics.. Of course I was thrilled, made a weekend of it, got great tickets from the Pacers. Got to visit with Donnie Walsh, Billy Knight, Mel Daniels, Herb Brown and others.. AND believe it or not, Reggie hit a game winning 3 in the last minute for a Pacers win AND the German fans were going nuts... Needless to say, one of my Pacers all time highlights!

Left Indianapolis around 5:30 this morning and I'm just a little over an hour outside of Memphis. I'll be behind the Pacers bench tonight a little on the corner. I'm about 10 rows up. I forgot my Pacers flag, which I'm not too happy about. Oh well, hope they pull this out.

    Go Pacers!!
    Here we come lottery?
