@twit317 @StephensonLance has been great this season. He's definitely grown up on and off the court
Yes this has been talked about to death, and yes he has a long way to go BUT

All I wanted to show was that PEOPLE CAN CHANGE!!!

He got ripped to shreads and was called a lot of inflamatory things like women beater and thug and more

Next time a similar situation pops up we might try being less quick to judge and instead hope that the person will turn things around, and give them an unbiased chance to do so

Just hope this situation can change hearts that always seemed to love to point out faults. There were very few here that thought he would amount to anything. Wonder where those people are now?

I'm truly glad he is turning his life around. Even if he never reaches his potential, I'm proud of the Pacers for helping him mature into an adult.

    However...

If he really did beat his girlfriend, no one owes him a single apology for anything they said about it. People can change, and I'm willing to give him a clean slate. I could even call him a good person now, and I'm willing to forgive him for his past. But what he (supposedly) did was awful, and it still is.

I don't think we need a quote from Mike to try to validate / excuse his wrong doings in his past. We can see that his game is coming around and he has been staying out of the news for negative actions.

Props to Lance, I hope he continues his focus on a positive road of life.

    I'm happy for Lance.

We'll never know the truth of whether he did or did not hit his gf. Let's just drop that. Charges were dropped.

Just hope Lance can turn a corner on the court too and give the Pacers the lift they need. I still think sending him to the DLeague till after the all-star game would be the wisest thing for Lance. He needs time on the court to work on his game. 3-5 minutes a game is just doing nothing for him.
Lance + Starting SG = Awesome

    Now really free Lance!

    It was always just immaturity.

Im glad hes growing up (or so it seems), but I dont know how much praise he deserves for doing something (almost) all people do.
Stop quoting people I have on ignore!

Its a great start but WAY too early to label this kid "changed" lets see if he can keep his nose clean or a year or so.

I'd rather just forget about it and enjoy watching him giving people noogies... and play basketball too.

He's noticeably more mature... that's kool. He still needs to up his game on the court, and that's acknowledging that he's already improved a lot. He had a lot of work to do... still does.

It's 33 days into the season, he's still very young and we haven't hit a rough patch yet. I'm liking some of the things I've read but it's way too early to make proclamations. Baby steps.

If I was in Lance's position and had a man like Clark Kellogg to turn to for mentoring
I would be a better person as well.

Lance's turnaround is a result of the Pacers caring as an organization, and more
importantly Lance caring and realizing the importance of right decisions in his life.

This is, as onlookers, a sub-plot in the Pacers evolution we can all feel good and
    be very proud of.

He's gone a while without an incident (since Spring of last season). Good for him.

I've gone into how I feel about the way he plays basketball, so I won't go there again. But if he truly has changed as a human being, than that's more important anyway.

I am happy to see Lance grow up. Even if he never does much on the court, I think the Pacers already changed his life in a big way.

Who needs Eric Gordon when we have Lance Stephenson!?

Jk, but I'm glad Lance is turning his life and game around. Can't wait to see what he can do for us long-term.

Our arena, their arena, Rucker park, it just doesn't matter. We're bigger, longer, younger, faster, and hungrier.

Hey, I hope an angel got its wings.

If Lance is more mature around the team, great. Maybe that signifies other changes.

But don't confuse that with knowing what he did or what's in his heart now. Art Schlicter used to be all over the media telling folks about the evils of gambling. His whole life story and how he'd finally come into the light

Art's back in prison these days. Not saying Lance can't change, but keep the champagne corked.

No doubt, but considering Mike Wells used to kind of rip him and now he is the one saying Lance has grown up a lot

Good news , with a wait and see approach?
