Yep, NBA.com's highlights are of "Brewer finishes on a break" and "Rose rejects George."

If it wasn't for the Pacers I'd hate the NBA.
I don't think too highly into that stuff.

We got the headline as the winner and that's all what matters.

I have stopped watching anything ESPN related years ago... They aren't a sports outlet, they're a media outlet. Idk why anyone who actually watches the NBA for basketball and not for stars would watch ESPN highlights.
I would watch NBA TV, but I don't feel like paying $150 dollars for it or whatever.

    Exactly.

They'll talk about the entertainment aspect of sports. In the NBA, it's about the stars and their highlights, in the NFL, it's about the star QBs and what not Tim Tebow.

It's not about teams on that channel.

Usually those who watch ESPN are watching for the best players in sports.

The only team sports they'll talk about are college sports, but still point out the prospects which is good I guess considering they'll go pro.

Really? I looked for that and it seemed pretty subdued to me. Something must have happened off camera. Or maybe DRose is just trying to pump himself up.

I actually used to like Rose, but I am starting to dislike him more and more. He thinks he is too good to have other stars come play with him and is pretty cocky at times.

After the Pacers had it wrapped up I stood up and yelled to section 322, "Drive home safely, beep beep!" one of Stacey King's catch phrases after Bulls wins and had a beer thrown at me. It missed. Stay classy Bulls fans!

    AWESOME WIN!

I wouldn't take ESPN and what they have to say into consideration.

They honestly don't know much about the NBA up to date.

NBA TV is for NBA fans and they know it well.
This is true, but ESPN also attracts the casual fan. The casual fan boosts ratings numbers. Thus, the stories presented at ESPN are more "far-reaching" than on NBA TV.

Is that a team achievement now? I wasn't aware that an MVP allowed you to decide when it was or wasn't appropriate to celebrate a victory.

Oh, he'll forget...about the time we beat them again on their floor.

As good as the Bulls are, we haven't optimized our team yet and Paul George is going to get better at a higher rate than anyone on their team. Time is on our side.

ESPN is about covering football more than anything. They'll have like an hour dedicated to Tim Tebow then 3 minutes of NBA highlights. I wish I had NBA TV. As I type this I just saw a preview of the top plays and it showed D-Rose blocking PG.... Can they give us no credit?

Maybe so, but even then it's unlikely Paul is ever as good as Rose.

Danny Granger won the MIP trophy too and he hasn't won **** in the NBA. Individual awards mean jack squat. I give Rose more credit for winning the Central last year than winning the MVP and division championships are pretty much irrelevant as well.

We barely celebrated tonight, I saw Roy put his hands up in the hair and that's about it. For a guy who doesn't even have a conference title to his name to criticize us makes me just want to sit back and smirk. We're clearly in their heads and that is exactly where we want to be. There will be plenty of teams that beat the Bulls this season and celebrate because of it, probably any team that beats the Bulls at home will be very happy about it like we were tonight. Rose won't say this about most of those teams, but he did single us out in particular. I like that. Bring it on Derrick.

Good news for Rose is his best friend Jeff Foster will probably be ready to go by that game.

    Absolutely right.

They gear it towards those who ride the bandwagons in each of the pro leagues.

The Heat, Lakers, Patriots, Giants, Yankees, Red Sox, etc.

also, someones opinion of how good the team is does not affect how much of a fan they are. you would understand that if you were not 15.

we are inconsistent. this win doesnt change that opinion.
I take offense to that. Teenagers aren't stupid.
