Default Anyone know where this stat is available?

I'm wondering if there is a site anyone knows of that will tell me who was subsituted into the game at what times. I'm wanting to study the rotation a bit more in detail without keeping my own notebook.

The only thing I know of would be reading the game play-by-play. I know NBA keeps it logged. Example:
    Indiana @ Miami Play-By-Play

It appears to me, at least for this year and its seven games, the substituion pattern is almost engraved in stone... At least for the first quarter and a half... Hill and Tyler for PG and West at about 7 min mark, Roy and DC out at the 8-10 min mark, DG out at the end of the 1st...
