I know I am late but I have to use all the tools.

I have a sleep disorder and I think being over weight is a major hindrance to controlling this.

I am 6'4" 268. I want to get down to 240 by June. I am on a 2000 calorie diet with 150 carbs max a day. After the next two weeks that will be dropped to 100 carbs.

Almonds are my friend, along with tuna. I am playing basketball twice a week for an hour. And lifting twice a week. In February I will start running 5 miles a week. By May I want to run a 5k.
