I've had NBA league pass on DTV for 10+ years. You get free NBA.com broadband with the subscription.
Ever since broadband has been available I've had problem activating and logging in. Every single year it's the same crap. NBA.com doesn't recognize I have an account. I have to send then a copy of my bill, one year it took over a month to get it straighten out, one year it never worked all season.
Of course it doesn't freaking work this season, now I have electronic billing, what the frack am I suppose to do. I called DirecTV they were very nice and helpful, but they have no control over NBA.com. They did all they could do. NBA.com has no phone number, just crappy email support and live chat, after going over and over the issue with live chat, I finally told the guy to go ***** himself and his screwed up system.
I've had the same account on DTV and NBA.com All-Access for years, how freaking hard does it need to be.
