    Default DirecTV League Pass & Broadband

    I've had NBA league pass on DTV for 10+ years. You get free NBA.com broadband with the subscription.

    Ever since broadband has been available I've had problem activating and logging in. Every single year it's the same crap. NBA.com doesn't recognize I have an account. I have to send then a copy of my bill, one year it took over a month to get it straighten out, one year it never worked all season.

    Of course it doesn't freaking work this season, now I have electronic billing, what the frack am I suppose to do. I called DirecTV they were very nice and helpful, but they have no control over NBA.com. They did all they could do. NBA.com has no phone number, just crappy email support and live chat, after going over and over the issue with live chat, I finally told the guy to go ***** himself and his screwed up system.

    I've had the same account on DTV and NBA.com All-Access for years, how freaking hard does it need to be.

    It's amazing how you described exactly what I go through every single year too. I feel your pain.

    I've been exchanging e-mails with their "support" staff for the past two days. Hopefully it gets resolved soon. Good luck.

    Same here.

    I still have to activate mine, but I haven't had the time or patience to deal with it.

    Please all you people call Direct TV and tell them. They do not know people are having this much trouble.

    Seriously: You have to call DirecTV and tell them. I just talked to a DTV supervisor and she said to make sure other people with the same problem call. Nothing will be changed until it's more of known problem.

    Yeah, I called DirecTV like you did and they did all they could. It's up to the NBA League Pass people now.

    I have exact situation also... Two years ago it took an act of congress to get the situation straightened out, but last year i sent the on-line email / customer support inquire and they fixed it. This evening I did that again and I HOPE they fix it, but not holding my breath.. Really don't understand why they have not resolved this, especially since the "Launch" page has DTV as one of the provider options, but as stated when you enter your account number it keeps indicated that you (I) am not a LP subscriber, which I have been since 1999!

    I've been on vacation the last few days and wasn't able to watch Monday night, but I could tonight. I'm also a DirecTV League Pass user, and I can't get it to work on my iPad. This sucks. Thanks for caring NBA.

    Anyone know how long before I can expect to hear anything back from the NBA?

    I sent their service department an email after calling DTV, but I'm not expecting much. The NBA couldn't give less of a ****. They already have my money after all, and they know at this point there is nothing more I can do, other than stay pissed off when I renew my LP subscription next season anyway. **** you David Stern.

    It's looking like I won't be seeing any games until at Miami on the 4th. Hopefully we'll be 5-0 heading into that one.

    In the meantime, I'm just taking advantage of the free preview till the 8th.

    It won't even allow me access to the free preview on iPad. It simply says "You are not subscribed to NBA League Pass," and "Video Not Available," on every game.

    Did you "purchase" the free preview? It wouldn't let me either until I subscribed to the free preview.
