OK, I'll say it. I never missed McBob in this game at all. West and Hans were good... real good. I'm impressed with West's play at Center.
I didn't like the Tyler/West unit that much, not a shot blocker and the defense was not that good either.

On another note I sat next to a guy who works for the NBA his job is to judge the refs and be the uniform police it was interesting talking to the guy.
You told him those refs weren't worthy of working D-League games, much less NBA regular season contests, correct?

The refs kept calling ridiculous fouls on Paul.

    Not worth thinking much into.

    I'm sure it's a positive.

I really like the choices Vogel makes with who gets minutes. Yes, I would like to see more Lance in the near future...but no complaints from me. Frank reminds me of Rick Carlisle, hair line included.

I'm not all that worried, it could be about anything.

But I don't immediately see how going from feeling high to feeling low is a positive...unless the sunshine is so bright where you are that it's blinding.

It's a tweet who cares? No one knows the reason behind. Maybe he was happy to get the monkey off his back about his Pacers debut?

    Whatever. A great game tonight!

Yes, it's a tweet...though I think it's pretty clear why some people would care given the content combined with his recent injury history.

But whatever. If it's basketball related we'll hear about it by tomorrow. It was a fun game.

Anyway, I was very pleased with David's debut.

Hill had a nice steal for a slam in the 3rd. Hope to see him get his offense going as the season progresses. He played some good D and even though he only had 4 points, he made some good PG plays.

The West tweet could be anything. It could be him being anxious to get back on the floor, after being so happy to be playing ball again, or it could be somethign awful. I wouldn't worry though. I hate twitter.

I noticed what appeared to be a limp, but I just wrote that off thinking it was just his gait. He's kind of a big guy. I need more to get too worried at this point...but if he's out for the year, Nene is looking a lot cheaper...

Since when did Tom Izzo become our head coach? We looked like a classic Michigan State team tonight.

George can't be dribbling the ball so damn high. It's like he was never taught how to handle a basketball growing up. Granger, like he always has, needs more arc on his shots, which is why he's always so inconsistent shooting the basketball. He shouldn't be shooting 18 times a game with this lineup. Loved the activity on the boards from the bigs and Paul George.
