Default around the NFL 2011-2012 season

just post your thoughts on other games and teams besides the Colts.

The Bears look really sharp in the first half in all 3 phases of the game. But we could of scored a few more TDs left a few points out there.

**** YA great strip by Peppers TD Bears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think I have ever seen the Bears play any better.

We might have the best front 4 in football and we are two deep at each front 4 position

NFC north is gonna be one of the best divisions in football Lions playing well also.

Matt Ryan is playing like Trent Edwards our secondary is my main concern but they havent given up any big passes

Peppers another sack!!! OKyke another sack!!!!!

our defense is insane right now. Im gonna have 20+ fantasy points cause of the defense.

I think it was TJ who said this is the AFC's league and the NFC is just playing in it. The tides have changed it is gonna be really hard to make the playoffs in the NFC unless you play in the west.

With the team that shall not be named playing so poorly this year, I am going to pay more attention to the NFC East/Redskins since I live in the DC market and there are tons of Cowboys, Eagles, Skins, and Giants fans here. Should be an interesting division this year by the looks of these teams.

Watching St. Louis-Philadelphia. The whole Rams roster appears to be hurt, and they have absolutely no run defense. Vick is even more fun to watch this year being on my fantasy team.

77 yard TD Newton to Steve Smith. Someone blew the coverage but a nice play regardless.

Just finished watching the Bears from earlier. They look pretty darned good. Gonna start watching the Ravens/Steelers right now. My Steelers fan friends said it's the most pathetic game they've ever seen the Steelers play.

would this be the first time ever a division is 1-0 after week 1? The Chargers are playing terrible and Vikings might actually win this. Still early but the Chargers need to wake up.

Cam Newton is so good and a freak athlete. He is as fast as Vick but can take hits like Big Ben. I think in a few years he will be pretty good. I hope one of these guys pan out im tiered of people saying that these guys wont be good in the NFL. The Cam Newton/ Pryor/ Tebow type of player.

most of the experts pre game picked the skins. The Giants defense is injured and the secondary is toast.

A lot of shocking upsets today.

The biggest one I think was the fact that the Steelers just let the Ravens walk right over them. That was probably the worst game I've ever seen out of Ben Roethlisberger. The guy just wasn't with it today.

My Vikes played a hard fought game against a good Chargers team on the rise. Just couldn't finish it out in the second half.

And Landry was hurt today and I bet we hear about Williams knee injury tomorrow

So hoarse from the game, loving me some Ryan Kerrigan right now

Ya when I heard they were using Kerrigan as an OLB/DE I though he would suck but he looked really good. Him and brian orakpo are gonna be a force. Im glad I liked watching him at Purdue I just didn't think he was as athletic as he is. I started Rex Grossman in one of my fantasy leagues he did great for me.

Cam looked very impressive today. But he isn't as fast as Vick, well maybe just not as explosive. He's learning he can't just do what he wants like he did in college when it comes to running the ball. And Cam Newton is way more talented than Pryor or Tebow. There is a reason Cam went number 1, Pryor may be a WR, and Tebow is a back up QB. The idea of athletic QBs not working in the NFL left awhile ago, started with Randal and I think the era with McNabb and Vick has more than solidified it.

Eagles vs Rams went as I expected. O line and LBs were shaky, but got better as the game went on. St Louis could get anything going outside. And when the offense warmed up, they didn't really get stopped. Too many penalties though. Should have been 31-7, but stupid penalties extended the drives for STL. I would have never guessed Vick went 14/32. Certainly didn't seem like it. Now gotta prepare for the Falcons. ATL is gonna bounce back from that horrific game in Chicago, can't take this lightly.

Newton is more talent but i know plenty of people who said Newton would suck in the NFL. Without ever watching him play in the NFL and they said he would suck just because how he played in college. But Newton showed he can make all the throws yesterday he set a new NFL record for a debut with 422 yards. Beating Peyton Manning's record he set so many years ago.
