Would anyone be apposed to signing him after his deal (2 Y) in Italy? For cheap, he'd provide depth off the bench when the inevitable ship out of Rush occurs especially if Lance and or AJ doesn't pan out.

Would suggest making a thread dedicated solely to which undrafted free agents and NBDL players should get a invite to camp.
P.S. Lighty is decent but I do not see the need for him on this team, with how deep that position is, and where he stacks up against the other guys he would never see any time, it would be much better to make a run at a big.
Not leave the euro league to play in the NBA? Isn't that what every boys/mans dream is? I think he'd trip over himself to get back home and play in the NBA. No doubt about it. He would just go back if it didn't work out here. Euro players do the same thing all the time. Play their, come here, go back home. sign of the times.
I would love to have him and see what he can do, very very smart player, top notch!

Lighty is an end of bench player for his team in the Euroleague. Averaging like 2 points/1 rebound and doesn't leave the bench in some games.
He lacks maturity to play at that level and probably wouldn't be able to be of any help to a NBA team right away either. In 2 years, who knows, but the versatility of his game indeed makes him more of a natural fit in Europe.
Ainge said right away after the end of the lockout he was counting with 8 guys in the roster excluding Green and Davis, so one could assume Johnson and Moore would be offered contracts.
Moore is somewhat similar to Lighty from what I've seen from him with Benetton. Well-rounded player but with pedestrian athleticism. Looked tougher and more ready than Lighty though. I think these guys need to become good shooters to contribute in the NBA, their style and strenghts/weaknesses suit the European game better. Moore's pedestrian 3pt% in the Eurocup compared with his Italian league numbers scare me a bit.
What's your opinion of Moore, pacer4ever? Do you know him well?
