    Default Jags @ Colts Game/Post-Game

Dunno why, but I'm feeling a win today. Even though I expect MJD to rush for about 400 yards on us.

Miami and St. Louis also both have very winnable games today. This could be a very important day in the Luck Sweepstakes.

    Could this be the day?!
In 49 states it's just basketball, but this is Indiana!

0-10. It looked like the Colts might win this even with the Jags running all over them but in the end Caldwell made Del Rio look like Lombardi. Terrible 2nd half game management.

I picked Miami to beat Washington anyways

Forgot who STL is playing but I probably picked them too.

And really this game is a tossup.

I expect Session to get an interception though.

STL is playing in Cleveland. There are some real pillow-fights this week. STL/Cle, Jax/Indy, Mia/Wash..

Cleveland? No I actually picked them to beat STL.

    Nevermind.

These two teams suck so bad. Someone offered me free tickets to go to this game (the Browns stadium is a block away from my apartment) and I turned them down. Not interested in watching these two lowsy teams do battle.

I probably would've gone since I've never been to an NFL game before and free tickets are free tickets even if its two teams I have no interest in.

Watch it become one of the more exciting games of the day...

Ohhhh, Curtis Painter. Thanks for the boost in the LUCK sweepstakes!

Battle of QB ineptness - pick for pick in the early going.

I'm giving Painter one more series at most if he continues to suck. I'd rather give Orlovsky a shot.

At this point nobody would notice the difference.

I swear Brown looks like a completely different runner the last few weeks. That said, why no Carter on 3rd and short. I think he's gotten the message about the fumble-itis.

^Terrible coaching. That was a perfect time for play action after 6 straight runs. Plus, Brown had to be gassed, so if you are going to run put Carter in. It's these little decisions that add up.

A slightly better coach would've gotten a couple wins out of this team.

Okay, that's enough Painter, thanks, Jim.

I know Orlovsky will almost certainly will be equally bad, but can we at least get some fresh blood in there to make the misery slightly less monotonous? Even if only for a few series. At least there's illusion that something might happen.

Plus I find Orlovsky way more entertaining in his ineptitude than Painter.

Like running out of the endzone without even realizing it.

If Del Rio doesn't just give MJD the ball in every play, he's an idiot.

Del Rio is an idiot regardless and yet still a better coach than Caldwell go figure.

Of course the bigger idiot is the owner that keeps him employed to begin with.

A slight bonus if we win this game: Del Rio will still be employed by the Jags.

At this rate this game will end up on NFL Follies or something.

Might as well show 3 hours of Manning commercials.

    *sigh*

Man, this game reminds me so much of those field goal "battles" we used to engage in back in the AFC East years ago.

I think it was the Pats too during our many 1-15 seasons one of those wins were against the Pats.
