I tend to not pay attention to college basketball till the tourney, but I am so basketball deprived I'm exceedingly excited about the UNC vs MSU game.

mid teens if all goes well. He will be affected like Mark Jackson and Darius Morris were because they weren't that good of athletics. He is a hell of a pass first pg but the fact he plays with so much talent really helps. But him being a average to poor athlete for the NBA will hurt his draft stock Which kind of sucks because he really plays the game the right way. But so did guys like Acie Law and look how their NBA career turned out.

Too be honest I haven't watched enough of just him to judge I normally focus on the Tarheels bigs when they play. But last year I was impressed with Kendal but he plays with so many great players pg for the tar heels might be the easiest pg job in the nation this year.
most mocks he is a fringe 1st round prospect but he should rise.

He has made a few sick passes tonight that reminds me of Jamal Tinsley

on another note Andre Drummond looked like **** tonight cant stay out of foul trouble looked like a joke. I am still confident he will figure it out next game whenever that next game is he took a shot to the face may of broke his nose. Lamb and Napier played really good there backcourt looked like it didn't lose a step.

UK I watched for a half man Anthony Davis makes it too easy. Poor Terrence Jones he goes from starter 2nd best player IMO last year to 6th man. UK is stack they will be dangerous this year.

I would suggest that anyone who wants to watch a truly amazing PG, should turn on to watch the UNC and MSU game.
Or catch a Park Tudor game this season.

DX's current 2012 #1 pick, Anthony Davis, with 23 points (10-13), 10 rebounds, 5 blocks, and 3 assists in his Kentucky debut.

I would look real hard at John Henson based on where the Pacers might pick.

Very nice indeed. However, his stats shouldn't really make a difference until he does it against actually competition.

Wow what a game the Butler Evansville match up turned out to be. A Christian Laettner type final play by far the best ending of any game so far this season.

EDIT and it's not over bizarre ending and call by the refs. It will be OT.

Wow the refs blow another call Butler is down 3 with 20 seconds left this has been a hell of a game. One of the worst refed games ive seen in some time.

Chrishawn Hopkins looks like he will have a big year he looked great at the pro am true scorer and knows how to play without the ball.

I honestly though that the shot at the end of regulation should of counted im confused what the refs called. If he was fouled it should of been an and 1. Very odd IMO

He weights like 200 pds and isnt a good rebounder (for his size and athletic ability) he needs to bulk up or he will get bullied in the NBA ala Brandon Wright or played similar to him in college. I like his style a defensive big. We certainly need to get one this year or next.

I just prefer Festus Ezeli. He is 6"11 250 more of a C has a NBA body and defends and is just athletic. He is suspended for the first 8 games this year due to suspension but he is a hell of a defender and talent. The whole Vandy team is pretty loaded with good upperclassmen.

I really like Harrison Barnes as a shooter to alleviate the scoring pressure from Danny

ya we aren't gonna be drafting top 5 which is where Barnes will go. Barnes is very good off the dribble and shooting he can play a point forward role if needed creating offense. But he lacks that elite explosiveness he reminds me a lot of Marvin Williams in college. But he has a much better motor than Marvin and a much better work ethic and a little more skilled especially in the post his post game reminds me of Danny very underrated part of Danny's game his a really good post game. Harrison has a NBA caliber post game already.

Pretty crazy UNC has probably 7 guys who will be first rd talents.

Not liking Henson and Zellers motor they need to pick it up they are really weak on the boards.

UNC ashville is playing them very tough.

Kendall Marshall is putting on a point guard clinic tonight he is really growing on me. He could get 20 assist tonight he just plays the game the right way.

Gonna watch UCONN tonight hope Drummond rebounds and Napier keeps it up. Might watch a little Michigan as well. Gonna watch Fresno later on they have a kid on the team who I really like. Doubt he makes it in the NBA but he is a hell of a player.

Jeremy Lamb is so good glad he stayed now he gets to show his versatility now that Kemba is gone. He really does it all creates offense can shoot from deep and get to the hole and can dunk with the best of em.

Napier/ Lamb is one of the best back courts and really fun to watch both know how to play the game and play the right way.

Andre Drummond is playing better tonight the guy is a freak athlete just doesnt know how to play the game yet. I cant tell if he is like Hasheem Tabeat and just doesnt care about basketball and has no passion or love for the game. Rumors say that is the case. That is the hardest part of scouting and determining a players upside it is really up to the player to put work in. Some players want to get better and others dont which is sad.

Henson was a monster rebounder and shot blocker last season. 10.1 boards and 3.1 blocks in under 27 minutes a night. That's very similar (in fact, slightly superior) to what Ed Davis put up as a sophomore.

Kansas and Kentucky game showed a lot of prime talent. Anthony Randolph was great on defense and in transition. But half court he was not utilized. He was pushed off the block by Robinson.

Robinson saw a double most of the night. I think he is going to have a monster year.

Taylor was absent win Gilchrist guarded him in the second half. And Teague was turning over the ball.

Jones was solid all-around. He is a great SF prospect. But he can play the 4.

Kentucky could have 3 top 10 players this year.

Ryan Kelly's impressed me. Have no idea where he's slotted in the mocks and all that but I'd jump on him in the late 1st/early 2nd, guy's got some Dunleavy in him. And yes, that's a good thing.

Love me some Thomas Robinson but we'd have to move up to get him. Well, depending how the hell the draft order gets determined I guess.

Robinson is an animal on the glass. Definitely the type of rebounder this team needs, especially once Foster is no longer around.

His stock is all over the board. Currently, DX has him at #6, while NBADraft.net has him at #22. The way he's looked thus far, I'd side with DX. We could split the difference and put him at #15─exactly where we drafted this past June. That works for me.

So the answer is... TBA. It's something the league will figure out when it gets to that point.
My guess would be a perfectly fair and random system which just happens to give the Knicks the #1 pick.

Seriously, the best thing they could do for a 2012 draft with no 2011-2 season is pretend that the 2011 draft never happened and begin it again only this time with the 2012 players added. I don't think any contracts got signed after last year's draft (did they?), and this would keep the NYC based league offices from manipulating things too much.

It would also let Hill off the hook in Indy...

-Kelly reminds me of Troy Murphy. He doesn't handle nearly as well as Dunleavy.

-Curry has his brother's shooting touch, but nothing else.

-Austin Rivers is going to be a very good NBA player, but he's got a lot of development ahead of him. He makes soooo many poor decisions.
