Yea I know. I really liked Stacy.

I really hope she (Stacy) ends up doing some Women's basketball stuff. That sport could use some quality "sideline reporter" or Commentators..err..just media members in general.

I am hard pressed to know what she did wrong. Whatever it was it wasn't on the air. Money couldn't be an issue because whoever has that job is just not going to be that well paid.

We already had this convo didn't we? And we figured out based on some stats that Stacey might make 6 figures a year.

You and I usually get along and I'd really hate something like this to ruin that.

I think he might have been kidding?

Anyways, I like her a lot. She seems very genuine and natural. I approve.

It's going to be weird not seeing Stacy on TV. Then again, I said the same thing about Scott Hoke.
It is still is, Stacy was never that good. Also it probably makes it easier for me considering I never knew anyone before Scott. I still miss him.

So you're not going to tell us why now? You don't have to give specific details. Just say it was a disagreement between management or something vague.

Sorry, I just don't appreciate ya this time around. Its rather punkish to hop on a thread and allude that you know something about the departure of our beloved side line reporter and not share your info.

I know nothing about Stacy's lifestyle, but when answering questions in an interview last season about herself the question was asked what her favorite book was. I was caught off guard and really surprised at her answer, especially from a high profile young person. Her answer was the BIBLE. I personally loved her answer! I have no idea as to how religious she was in her daily life, but could her religious beliefs have been a problem with the Pacers?

You must have been really annoyed by Mackey and BRWD last season then.

Everyone in the FO seems to be excited to have Brooke Olzendam aboard. I think she'll be good.

Agreed, she seems very experienced. I'm glad they got a professional and not some pretty face bimbo on the cheap. I wonder if she will go as Olzendam or Collins once the season starts? Her story was very touching.

She seems to be going with Olzendam for some reason. Personally, I think she's gonna rock it. Her resume is pretty strong and there are a lot of articles vouching for her experience.

Here's a stupid thought, but in all honesty do we need a sideline reporter? I know the money is somewhat split between Fox & the Pacers but it's not like Stacy was in the huddle digging up news. She just regergitated whatever David Benner told her. You can't tell me an intern for home games and just giving the note to the producer for road games couldn't do the same thing at a far far cheaper cost.

Post game and pre game interviews could be done by Denari and the studio shows could be done by Kevin Lee since they no longer do post game radio shows. Or someone else for that matter.

Just seems like a waste of money to me.

I hope she interviews Pacers players after losses... Actually, I hope we don't lose.
