    Default Lance on Twitter

I don't know if people are aware or not, but I thought there were a couple fakes at one point. This one seems legit.

Well, the tweeting back and forth makes it seem like he gets along with PG and Hill. After the stuff from Wells and the Rush TMZ interview I was worried the team didn't like him. Glad to see this.

I thought about that, I would hope he can handle a twitter account. But then again, I could care less if he pulls a Weiner.

Plumlee reminds me of a young Dale Davis. Good rebounding and he contests shots well on defense and his offensive game is very raw just like DD's was coming out of college.

Ya that kinda worries me. It could go either way. He's talking to his teammates on it so that may help build some team chemistry while they are "away" from each other.. But we also know he seems to be unstable at times and could definitely get himself into trouble with a social account like twitter. Let's hope for the best!

I looked at his twitter page and could hardly understand what he was trying to say.

I thought this too. But hopefully he can prove us wrong. And its good to see he is buddy buddy with PG and GH. GH seems to have his head on straight and could be a really good influence on Lance.

I admit I had a bit of a fear/panic reaction when I first laid eyes on the thread title. Glad it's just an FYI.

Once the NBA gets back in business, teams need to consider banning their players from having twitter accounts. It's unprofessional and can easily lead to bad things.

banning players from having twitter accounts would be terrible. the amount of fan interaction and publicity players and teams gain through twitter, for free, is ridiculous. they just need to educate their players on social media and how to properly use it at the celebrity level.

I agree. There needs to be a social media course requirement for any professional athlete, and those athletes should be required to complete it prior to being permitted to do so as a term of their standard contract.

That's what the Rookie Camp is supposed to be about. But you have 20 year old knuckleheads like Beasley and Company that think it's just a place to smoke dope with their friends.

    Fixed

The amount of publicity that Lance could generate is minimal at this point. I would have no problem at all from banning him from twitter.
