It was a foul. Haven't we done this thousands of times over the years?

As Slick said, before the ball was inbounded... "I'd have all five guys at half court, doing pushups, so there's no chance the ref can call a foul." A bad premonition for what happened next...

I blame AD far more than I blame Jess Kersey, because AD clearly fouled him before the shot. Jess shouldn't have called continuation, but if AD didn't foul him there was no way he could've made the call.

Wasn't that the same series where Camby just embarassed AD's loafing @$$? I've never had an issue with trading AD for the fifth pick. I would've liked to get somebody better than Bender with that pick, but that's a different story altogether.

Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you

Well, you can blame the blown call for the Pacers losing the game and you'd be right - but you can also blame the Pacers. They were up what - 6 or 8 with less than a minute. If they'd played smart that call would never have made a difference.

    Long time ago anyway.

Oh, BTW - as a Knick fan I couldn't stand LJ. Yeah, he was sort of a glue guy and could defend but we needed more than 5 boards/game from our starting PF. Plus that stupid LJ sign was almost as bad as Mark Jackson's shimmy.

I knew I wasnt going to be. But I didn't think you would all get so nuts about it. I mean it is a player and a picture. Get over it

Your team got into the finals twice when they did not deserve it. I would be ashamed if my team did that.
Thats crap. No one should be ashamed of their team for being in the position to reap the benefit of a bad call or to receive a lucky break. Its not like they cheated to get there and their team still worked hard to get to where they got to.

Yeah - you can make arguments that things would have panned out differently if that call hadn't been made but by the end of the series the Knicks were the better team.

It was as if watching NY play an uptempo quick-hitting game was so beyond the realm of belief that the Pacers just stood around and watched.

You come onto a Pacers' board, post LJ's picture, tell us we know we love him, and then say that?

    Grow up.
